Gated parking lot was a good addition felt safe. Rooms were clean staff was nice.

I didn't like stipulations of the promotion on the stay two days get a day for free. We obviously qualified for the two night get a day for free but due to booking issues or third party issues qualifications were dismissed even though cash was paid on property. We feel if two nights can be verified as a state paid night then regardless the extra free line should be rewarded. That's it

The hotel is very nice and accommodating. The room was very nice and clean. The water pressure was so goood. The Wi-Fi is very fast and reliable. would recommend if you want a venue close to Discovery park for events like Aftershock or other festivals.

The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. The breakfast was very much the same every day with minor alterations like instead of sausage patty's its bacon or sausage links.

The breakfast is the best love the orange juice The rooms were nice and neat I loved how friendly the hotel staff is did I mention the breakfast which is open from 630 till 930 am !!!! Handsdown the best stay for the ratings me and my kids enjoyed oursepv3s and we felt safe I love the fact we are near a police station and they have cameras everywhere .....

I only wish they had extended stay packages we would've definitely stayed longer

Staff was very accommodating and kind, gave us extra forks and plates for my baby girls birthday.

Our room was in the back, but I was assured that it would be safe. Normally I like to face the parking but this is a personal preference. I will say that most of the outlets were loose and the freezer did not keep our ice cream cold (needs a heavy defrost). But it was good enough and if I'm ever in Sacramento again, I would consider another stay.

I LOVED MY ROOM, RM 237 IS MY FAVORITE 💖 I WILL ALWAYS ASK FOR THAT ROOM. THE STAFF WAS GREAT. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND THE MAIDS WERE VERY NICE 💖

I wish there were thicker blankets on the bed , we were cold, and I called the office to see if a worker could bring me a few creamers up for my coffee, and she said she didn't have any too do it, so I walked down there to get the creamer and there was 3 employees standing around and no guest, someone could of brought me some creamer. That would of been great customer service.

This location is close to downtown Sacramento. There are restaurants in walking distance, gas stations, and attractions. The staff was nice and able to accommodate me, as well as provide additional information about nearby attractions. Their Continental breakfast is very good.

The only issue I had, was that I was unable to ascertain the room with a jacuzzi as it was already rented.

I like the balcony facing the pool that it was a private balcony. The staff was great they were very helpful. I also liked how the room looked it was a different carpet and a totally different look from what I seen online but the floor design was really nice I like how everything was set up.

I did not like when I asked for towels I felt like the towels were not big enough. Also they had told me there was no more sheets for a king size bed. Walking up stairs was okay I felt like there was maybe two or three steps that needed to be looked at they felt kind of wobbly but they were still intact you can still walk up and down them.

It has a security gate. And it’s next to Dennys

No pool, no elevator… no seats to sit outside and have a ciggy.

Front desk was very informative ? Polite, professional, kind and funny. We have traveled and stayed at mini hotels from budget to high end and luxurious. The staff at the front desk treated us as if we were at a high end resort, The general manager set the pace and example for her employees! The price was well worth it for a budget hotel this is the best I’ve seen. The rooms are very clean beds are comfortable property is secured and safe, pretty breakfast and coffee is always a plus. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family

Love the gate, the parking, 24 hrs front office and 24 hrs security and breakfast. My room was quiet and comfortable and love the hot water in the shower.

I decided to stay a second night. Instead of giving me the competitive price I found online, the front office staff had be go reserve and pay the price on the website I found, which results in the hotel withholding $400 total on my bank card ($200 first night and $200 second night).
