This place was cute with well thought out amenities -- filtered water, snacks, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, plates, bowls, paper plates and utensils.

1. It was a little chilly and no way for us to adjust the temperature independently. We contacted both owners by phone and did not receive a return call for over an hour. Even after they turned up the heat, it was still a little cool for us. We had to bring in a blanket from our car. 2. The sink in the bathroom drained very slowly. We removed the stopper. 3. Insulation between floors was inadequate. We could hear the people above walking, talking, etc.

The room was what we needed for a one night stay - quiet neighbourhood. The parking was mentioned as an issue but we found it overall fine. Good for price.

It was on the ground floor and anyone passing from the back to front of the house could look in. Seemed like they had trouble with people breaking in, as they notices saying to not leave any windows/curtains open when you leave.

I did enjoy the coffee in the AM ... LOVED the closeness to Mission Beach.

Couldn't get TV remote to work, Sliding door screen needs to be cleaned. Shower curtain rod was gross.

Great location. Great host.

Quality of towels could be better please.

The location was super. Instructions were very clear regarding the entry to the unit as it could be very tricky. We liked the added touch of beach towels and sunscreen. Although we didn't use it, they offered drinking water, coffee, tea and instant oatmeal. Also, there is a nice sized dresser.

Parking sucked!!!! There is a ball field across the street that was used until late at night. It took circling the blocks up to 5 times in order to park. We had to take our shoes off before entering the unit which is fine if you're wearing flip flops. However, tennis shoes is a pain especially when your hands are full. The bath towels were super thin and small. The tv is confusing to use. It took a long time to figure out how to stream and we couldn't watch basic TV.

everything met expectations other than cleanliness of the room. the location is great and otherwise a comfortable stay.

carpets need to be cleaned and surfaces need to be dusted. there was a fan in the room with what was clearly months of dust accumulation caked on it.

The property was safe is OK

Didn’t like the parking because they have a baseball field across the street and there’s no parking at the park like a block two blocks away at times

Easy check-in, everything there as described, nicely located

The shower could have been cleaner and I really did not like the towels.. they were too soft and almost sticky. I would have preferred some regular frottee towels
