Our sliding door don’t completely shut. We spent a bunch of time trying to fix it. We asked front desk to fix it and it doesn’t appear anyone came to fix it and no-one contacted us with followup. Was surprised for the price what the bathroom looked like.

The only good thing about Catamaran resort is it's location. Everything else, rooms, gym, elevators, spa is dated, broken and bare minimum. It's absolutely not worth $449 per night. We should have gone to Hawaii.

The gym has 2 working machines out of 6! The elevators in the Tower building are dead traps, sluggish and old. The carpet in the room is absolutely disgusting, the linoleum scratched, the microwave makes loud clunking noises, the fridge is on its last leg. The AC is placed 10in from one of the beds and blowing on your face all night!

Love the mature tropical landscaping, The friendly staff and the spacious rooms in the tower. Excellent location and safety

Our room in the tower on the second floor was disgustingly dirty. Multiple stains on carpet, dirty sliding glass doors, sink that would not drain, mold and standing water on the patio, Overall smelly and old carpet and furniture. I’m hoping I didn’t catch anything from the old bed.

The grounds are beautiful.

Room was not clean when arrived. Bathroom was still dirty. Shower tile was a little moldy in some areas. Gross and old non slip tub matt was disgusting! Screen door to balcony was broken and unable to open without falling off the tracks.

I am a Hawaii Resident, so I felt at Home at the Catamaran Hotel. Grounds are well kept, lots to see and take pictures of. Our room was in the tower and had all that you'd need to have a great stay.

Additional Rest Rooms closer to the Beach. We had to walk far to use the bathroom is we were not in our room. Ladies room at pool was locked most of the time.

Location is ideal. Resort grounds are beautiful. Rooms are older and bathrooms small and dated but still comfortable. Oceana provides excellent food and good choices of drinks. Staff is pleasant. The SPA is excellent and therapists are knowledgeable.

Full housekeeping service instead of towels replacement and trash disposal.

Ultimate location with bay-front location directly on the sandy bay and across the street was the ocean and surf!!! you dont need to drive anywhere, everything is within walking distance!!!

Rooms are outdated and need a total renovation, especially the bathrooms; sliding door was worn out, but otherwise no complaints!!!!

Location is awesome. Just a small walk to the beach , stores, and dinning. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Cool garden and Koi fish ponds. Complementary beach chairs and canopies (first come first serve). We will return again to this location.

The room is comfortable , and everything functions properly. Only thing I can nitpick about is mostly everything in the room is dated back to early 2000’s. Furniture, wallpaper, Kitchenette. If it ain’t broken don’t replace it?

The location is breath taking. Views of the bay and ocean were relaxing. The entire staff was continuously and genuinely helpful and pleasant. The location is within walking distance to everything. From the morning sunrise to the evening sunset this was by far one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation locations we have stayed at together as a family. This is a pet friendly resort - so our family consist of our 2 Labs that vacation with us. The Labs truly enjoyed the morning boardwalk buddy time with the others - every walk was a new experience with new buddies to play with.

Continue doing what you're doing - I didn't see one unhappy vacationer at this resort.

The location is terrific. We have stayed on the bay view side of the tower and love watching the pelicans dive, all the people enjoying boating activities, and seeing the grounds below.

We stayed in a large room with a kitchenette. The stove burners on top and in the oven looked a little "iffy" so we didn't use that appliance at all. The refrigerator is large, but was a bit dirty outside.
