A typical motel (not a fancy hotel) - you get what you pay for. In our case: A clean room with comfortable beds. Friendly receptionists. A location close to Sea World and very close to the nearest grocery store. Breakfast is included (again, don't expect anything too fancy).

As we knew in advance, the motel rooms are grouped around the parking lot and not particularly soundproof. The first morning, we heard the other guests talking outside (even though they weren't especially loud), the car doors closing, the birds squawking overhead, and the planes taking off and landing. After that, we left the air conditioning on "fan only" all night to generate white noise and got a good night's sleep.

We really enjoyed the warm welcome at the reception. Mit was very helpful and went above and beyond on helping us with everything we needed help with. Close to public transportations across Midway Hwy. Take the bus to “Old Downtown” station and from there trolly and metro will take you everyhere. Mc Donald, Wendy’s, Arby’s, Mexican restaurants, Jack in the Box, Marshals and supermarkets just a few steps away from the hotel. It’s an excellent location for family travel. Plus free continental breakfast! The hotel served its purpose to what we needed it for, we are happy satisfied!

I'd like the location to Sea World it was also next to some eateries The night clerk was very friendly but would have liked to have been told where the ice machine was But she did inform us About breakfast being Served 7 to 10. I also did like the nice complimentary breakfast It had a lot of choices nice job

Parking lot was a little small hard to maneuver backing the car out a little but i was able to accomplish that. The room only had one small bar of soap for a family of 4 - 2 adults 2 children Would have liked 2

We enjoyed our stay. Pretty good breakfast selection with Danish, bagels, waffles, cereal, bananas, apples, coffee, water, orange juice, apple juice and coffee. I greatly appreciated the Staff wearing gloves when placing all food items out for the guests. They followed very good food safety protocols. Rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Located near Sea World, beaches, Old Town and Down Town. We will return and we recommend for families.

Could be honest about distance to attractions. Uneven tile by sink. Tripped several times and fell on the last morning. When I told staff, he said nothing.

It was clean and located close to Universal studio. We were able to walk to a shuttle to take us up the hill . The person that checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

We requested room service every other day and received no service during our stay

The room had a few broken items. Pillows were old and lumpy. The refrigerator was very cold so food items did spoil. When I asked for a downstairs room because I am disabled I was told there was nothing available. When I asked about an elevator they didnt have one. When I asked what can they do to help someone who is disabled she just looked at me. Neighborhood didn't feel safe at all

Rooms were clean except for one of the beds had some sand at the feet like maybe the sheets weren’t changed after prior guest left. Location was perfect straight shot to mission beach and old town also walking distance to kolby swap meet…

How close it was to Attractions. I loved how everything for shopping was so close.

Everything was fine. Hotel was a little outdated but the room was clean and comfy.

I didn't like how you have to call for house keeping. I didn't like that the ice machine was outside
