The location was convenient for our needs. The rooms were clean.

Parking in the evening hours was difficult to find. We had to park in the lot for the mall above the hotel. The bathrooms downstairs in the lobby area were nasty and in need of cleaning. We also had 2 bags with souvenirs taken out of our room, and could not be located. I filled out a claims form, but haven't heard anything yet.

Very nice room and helpful staff. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is $20 for the buffet which is your average breakfast fare. A bit pricey for what you get but that is to be expected in a hotel restaurant. I could hear the highway a bit from my room, but not when the a/c was running. Overall my stay was relaxing and the hotel itself was comfortable and quiet.

The only challenge I had was with the hotel restaurant. They do not offer room service but if you call in an order they are supposed to call your room to tell you the food is ready so you can walk down to pick up your order. However the restaurant wrote down the wrong room number and I never got a call. When I called to see what happened the hotel staff was apologetic, helpful, and polite. They made sure I was not charged for food I never received.

Overall it was very clean. I've seen more staff then a 5 star resort.

Clean but not clean. Room was super clean. Restroom clean. But... as I uncovered the sheet there was dust strand with hair. I assumed it went in by accident so I cleaned it myself and slept. Reason I didn't call the guest service because everything else was very clean so I didn't want to make an issue out of it.

Very nice hotel layout with reasonable w accommodations. Parking was super easy and cheaper than other hotels in the area. Convenient location just off the freeway and next to a shopping plaza with late night food options.

One of the mornings of the stay the hot water was not working. Not sure if it was a rare occasion or if other guests experienced the same.

Room was clean & pretty large. I had a cat & it was good for him. Hotel had a nice bar & restaurant service & room service for dinner hours & good parking. this was a nice, convenient place to stay.

I wish that parking was free, there was a large parking lot & garage area, do not know why that could not be free. Also, there were virtually no towel racks. There was 1 in the bathroom. No place to hang more than 1 towel, or wash cloth or other towels if there were more than 1 person in the room. Also, the shower door leaked water out onto the floor after each shower, seems like weird design faults.

Mostly the standard was pretty good but one evening I asked the front desk if they could organise a cab for us to visit friends. The desk staff had no clue how to call us a cab ! In the end our friends organised a cab for us .... unbelievable !!! After that I installed an uber app, and never bothered with the front desk ... We've travelled quite a bit and I've never had this experience before. Thus the low mark for staff.

The room was clean and was the perfect size for our family vacation. The staff was friendly, and helpful.

Some minor items in the room were broken such as the toilet paper holder and the shelf in the shower. It did not have a negative impact on our stay. The hot-tub was more of a luke-warm-tub.

The room had plenty of space and it was super helpful for a family with 4 children to be able to stay in one room together (not adjoining or fully separate).

The door to the bathroom was not on the track properly and our arms hurt by the end of our stay with the amount of effort needed to close or open bathroom door. The street behind the hotel with vehicles being lived in did not make us feel super safe. The pool deck had discarded water bottles and bandaids that had not been cleaned up (4-7 pm timeframe). The treadmills did not work initially and had to be repaired.

The room was very spacious and clean. The front desk was very kind helping with any of our needs even helped get a slightly early check in when we called ahead. The snack area downstairs was convenient with a good variety (and some medicine, nail clippers, etc).

The walls were thin and we could hear everyone who came in and out of the elevators (our room was right around the corner from them so i understand just wish it was a bit more quiet)

Rob, at the front desk, was very courteous and helpful. Offered a bottle opener when I got beer from downstairs. He offered directions to places to eat and entertainment. Cheers!

Would have liked to stay longer, but we had places to experience!
