New management was a vast improvement.

The entrance to the property is next to a freeway off ramp. It's almost dangerous, and if you miss the drive you will be forced to 1/4 U turn. Back a half mile for another U turn to take another shot at the driveway.

They do offer hot tea and for those who like it coffee located in the office. But they do not do breakfast. They had saved a room at the back for me but I like near the parking lot on the first floor because I carry a lot of material for my class and I have to move it in and out of the room. They were kind to move me to one of the rooms I like.

The COVID problems are a pain but I usually cancel the cleaning service anyway because I do not want people messing with my stuff. There are no microwaves or refrigerators in this motel even though some Motel 6's I have stayed in have them.

Price was good. Had a little breakfast nook and electric outlets were available. Location was nice, it was located centrally to a lot of restaurants and some shopping. Fairly easy access to SeaWorld.

WiFi was hit or miss at best. Bed was somewhat uncomfortable and did not have enough pillows. Turned on the heater and set off the smoke alarm. TV channels were somewhat limited.

My room was very clean no weird smells or anything.

Very slow wifi (1 mbps speed). People are coming in and out at all times of day and night so can be a little loud at night

The heater didn’t work properly because it was at 85 which is the max and there was no heat coming out just barely warm air.

The location is good, right next to the freeway ramp. Spacious parking and other services, like free wifi and free coffee in the morning, were also good given its price.

Only shower towels and soaps were provided. There was no hair dryer in the room, but it was provided upon request by contacting staff. Be prepared all amenities by your own, then everything will be fine.

I liked the booth with table set up in the room that made it very comfortable for working on my laptop. I also very much liked the comfort of the bed and pillows. I was pleasantly surprised to have an excellent, restful evening.

the lady in the front office was so nice and efficient she help me with everything made it way easier for us to check in l, I was in town for a medical appointment and she really made things more easier great customer service

the restroom need a little more updating but for the price everything was great

Good location. Close to eating places, gas and convenience store. Pet friendly. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Room they gave us was at the back by the dog area, though close to freeway it was quiet. Laura at the front desk was super nice and friendly!
