Real luxury, excellent customer service, above and beyond. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds/pillows, well equipped bathrooms. Friendly staff, very easy to feel welcome and at ease. Very central and easy to get to lots of places. Right next to SF MOMA.

Food was extremely expensive, even for San Francisco. Better to go to local places to eat e.g. for breakfast. It is very central which means that it can be near some homeless people, but I was never bothered and walked alone a lot.

the hotel was very clean and nice ,just i found horrible san francisco as a city. the hotel didn’t advise us that is dangerous to walk in some areas and by mistake we went directly there. It was super stressful and dangerous as there were so many homeless people which was looking like zombies, they were all drunk or on drug and the whole situation was super scary .The hotel is in safe area but i believe they have to advise the guests to avoid these dangerous streets .

the air-condition was super noisy and we couldn’t sleep the first night

Despite the restrictions that they have to adhere to based on being in the “red” tier of Governor Newsom’s color coded reopening plan there was sufficient amenities in the room to make my stay very comfortable. I was thrilled to see they were open. I look forward to when the Spa will be accessible for guests to enjoy.
