It was clean and the breakfast was great. Lots of choices and hot foods. Easy access to the freeway without being noisy from the freeway. Also easy access to get down to the San Fernando Valley and not staying in Los Angeles. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms didn’t have carpet at the entrance, so the flooring transmitted the sound from the hallway. People across from us were in and out late at night, which was disturbing to our sleep. By putting carpet at the entrance of the room it would seal the door better and you wouldn’t have that transmission of noise.

Courtney was very accommodating and booked us a room on the first floor near an exit so we could get our dogs out to do their business. The room was large, clean, quiet, comfortable, and pleasing to the eye, and the bathroom was beautiful. I loved the freeway-close location, and the proximity to fast food, because we had things to do. Finally, in this age of price-gouging, the stay with our two dogs was less $ than I had expected! Plus the grounds were beautiful to walk our dogs in.

Nicely located among several other hotels in the same area. Multiple dining options in the area, and shopping/gas stations nearby, too (although the price of gas is substantially cheaper elsewhere). Call a day in advance if you have a special request; requests made via Booking.com are ignored.

Both times we've stayed here, there have been issues with the bathrooms. In the first room, equipped for handicapped guests, the shower leaks throughout the bathroom (room 133). During our second stay, room 401, the bath sent a steady pour of water down the drain. It was so apparent, I've no idea why that wasn't fixed before guests arrived. And the free breakfast is as low-value as possible, with reconstituted eggs, unappetizing sausage links, and prepackaged bagels as the "highlights" of the area. No waffles, no pancakes, no healthy options except for a stack of red apples. La Quinta really cheaps out when it comes to feeding their customers.

We have stayed at this location now about 3 times. We will continue to stay at this location for the convenience of bringing my daughter to school and for visits. Breakfast was pretty good with a change in menu daily. If there were one thing I'd ask, is to make the sign on the bagel/bread cabinet larger. People are using their hands to grab or put back food. COVID and now Monkey Pox is an issue, and I would like to know if I'm safe eating the food in the hotel. The customer service was great. We checked in around 11 pm and were ready for bed. We made our way to our room and came right back down to report the family next door was very loud. A call was made to that room, they quieted down, and my request to move rooms was accepted on the spot. Although the walls are thin and conversations can be heard between them, the hallways are pretty loud when cleaning occurs. We had one night to sleep in, and it got interrupted. We had the right mindset that they were just doing their jobs, but it was still loud. Lastly, parking was challenging due to the construction equipment in many parking spots. The receptionist came out and moved a cone for us with the warning that we might need to move the car in the morning. We were find with that. Construction equipment could be placed elsewhere so guests could utilize the parking lot. All in all, this is a great location with helpful staff. We will stay here again and hopefully by then, construction will be completed, and larger signs will be up for the bread cabinet.

Guests reached into the bread cabinet barehanded. One, it's disrespectful to another guest that they did not read the sign. Two, it flat out gross with all the diseases that are going around now.

Large suite which included sitting room and separate bedroom. The entire hotel, meaning rooms and floors, are pet friendly. We did not hear the crying baby across the hall when inside our room.

Key cards unreliable. Needed to replace two times. Extra blankets, pillows, pen and pad. It would be nice, if possible, to have a separate indoor area to have breakfast with our pets when bad weather. It was raining and I had to bus our breakfast up to the fourth floor. Notice photo beliw is of bedroom and not the libby.

loved the free breakfast daily, fresh and a variety of breakfast choices that really catered to my family members that all have different tastes. Coffee and tea available 24 hours in lobby, also great. The front desk staff was very friendly. We reserved 3 rooms for our family, and one of the rooms shower was clogged, called down to front desk and they sent over someone right away and he resolved the issue right away and shower ended up working fine.

Furniture definitely should be replaced. Outdated and west and tear on the sofa bed couch, arm chairs and office chair. Need improvement on cleaning, however one of the housekeeping ladies did an awesome job in Room 216 on Oct. 10th, super clean and trash dumped. Unfortunately the day before wasn’t that great. just got new towels but did not dump any of our trash only the trash bin in the bathroom.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Rooms were serviced daily. We were on the fourth floor, pool-side, and our room was very quiet. This hotel was close to the two theme parks we were visiting, Universal Studios, and Six Flags: Magic Mountain. There were several good restaurants in the area as well.

The free breakfast was somewhat disappointing. We were there to visit Universal Studios and Six Flags: Magic Mountain. So our schedule ran on the late side. By the time we could make it to the breakfast room, there was often nothing left. Recommend a later service for those visiting the theme parks. The other thing was the pool. It was rather chilly, and could use with a good skimming.

East to find, rooms are clean & comfortable. Nice selection of breakfast items in the morning buffet. The pool area is nice, plenty of chairs to sit & relax on. The hotel is minutes from Six Flags Magic Mountain. And near the heart of the city. Excellent place!

The elevator, there's only 1 in the building. And It's getting pretty beat up, showing some age.

The location and the staff kept the whole place very clean. Staff were very efficient and pleasant. Love the fact they take pets, not so keen on the $25 pet fee, since most La Quintas have no fee. However, I do appreciate the fact they accept pets and have a great area for them, as well as lots of poop bags. Breakfast is decent. Location is great. We have stayed here a number of times.

301 must have had a cat stay at some point as the furniture was shredded on the corner of the chair and couch.

l really enjoyed the upgrades to the room decor the bedding and bathroom fixtures and even the bathroom linen. I t was exciting, felt like a stay at new place with the comfort if being in a place that’s familiar. we visits at 2x a year. break fast was excellent always and the staff is wonderful to!!!!

some rooms seem to stay damp or humid, preventing bath towels and swim suits to dry effectively.
