Location, room view, and the hotel was very modern.

The price of valet parking and the tax applied to that. Valet (only option) was $85 for van (considered oversized). I have a Chrysler Town & Country for reference. Then they charge $11.90 tax on top of that. So you pay close to $100 to park your car per night.

Lovely welcome from the hotel staff when we got there after a long flight and a very frightening taxi ride. We went to the free wine hour on our first night to calm our nerves after the taxi ride! The bed was super comfy and the room was a great size. We had a Alcatraz view which was quite special. The hotel was in a really good location and we felt it was a safe area. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant one morning and that was really good but quite expensive. Overall a great hotel in a great location, would recommend.

Large, comfortable room with great bedding, good towels, comfy bathrobe, good bathroom products. AC worked well. Room was quiet. Convenient location with most sights within walking distance.

The restaurant! I went for breakfast on my first morning. You order at the cash register. A breakfast of 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, 2 pieces of toast, breakfast potatoes and fruit was $25. USD. Then they added 4% CA tax to supplement F&B wages and added a mandatory 20% tip. My total was $33.57 - that's a crazy amount for a mediocre breakfast! Needless to say, I did not eat in the restaurant again for the duration of my stay,

They offer complementary breakfast but we did not get up early enough for it. The place is pretty new and they are still working out the kinks.

I wish the parking fees were not so expensive and the resort fee was a bit ridiculous.

The location was perfect…walking distance to eateries, Fisherman’s Wharf and the trolley. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the “vibe” of the hotel was great! Although they didn’t have complimentary breakfast like some hotels, they did have a coffee station in the morning, a water station during the day, and a wine station in the evening…along with a DJ! Loved the record player and vinyl in our room! So different and unique! Also appreciated the toiletries provided - full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

We would constantly get a strong smell of “weed” in our room. Don’t know if it was coming through the a/c unit from outside - as we were on the 2nd floor.

Staff at the reception. Shout out to Clifford and Catrina for being so nice and approachable, they’re great! Also, the room is clean, they got great housekeeping staff. The downside is the valet people. I asked for help for our things, also asked for a cart when we arrived but this valet guy told us to get the cart inside the hotel. I was thinking probably they do not have bell services but when i saw that same valet guy again, he was helping other people with their things and he was even bringing the cart for them.

A very comfortable modern hotel right by Fishermen's Wharf and thus convenient for many of the top attractions. Also not far from the Ferry Port. The staff were both efficient and friendly - a difficult trick to pull off - and there were nice touches like free coffee in the morning and flavoured iced water In the evening.

Very noisy on weekend evenings - though to be fair the bedrooms were perfectly sound-insulated. Though the hotel itself was.excellent value, the cost of the valet parking was ludicrous - 64 dollars a day! - and there was no pre-warning of this. I'd have done better using a nearby shoppers' car park. And another detail - no kettle in the room. Seems weird, when other things were so thoughtful.

On top of the positives I have already shared; size, space, location, friendliness etc, what we really enjoyed were lots of lovely little t that touches came as pleasant surprises. For example, a range of teas and coffees in reception each morning, lovely ice-cooled flavoured waters across the day and a "happy hour' between 5 and 6 when they served a range of free drinks. Given we were there in winter we particularly loved the warm cider with a shot of rum. They also had a small on-site shop that we were given a surprise credit amount to spend during our stay there.

My only grumble, literally the only thing that was a little disappointing was that we booked room for 4 people that said Breakfast included, but that was not factually correct. We were given a daily $50 voucher to *subsidise* the cost of breakfast in the lovely on-site restaurant, however with 4 people breakfast cost closer to $100 a day so it was really only partially included.

The location is perfect near to everything in Fisherman's Wharf popular restaurants and cafes. They provide a voucher of 10 USD for each night to be used from the snack area. The staff are wonderful and helpful

The AC's sound is a bit loud and also the view from our room 235 is looking over the garabage area. Try to get another room is higher floor. At night you can here the truck collecting trash an grabage is so loud that it wakes you up.
