The location was absolutely amazing. Not only are you a block from Fishermans wharf but you’re just two blocks from Pier 39 and so much more. And when you walk out of the door, there’s even a 7-Eleven directly across the street, how convenient. Lots of places to eat, and to shop within a couple of blocks. The room with adequate, it was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I like the fact that at night they close the gate to the parking facility so you feel safer and don’t have to worry about your vehicle.

no vending machines for soda, water or snacks. At least there is a 7-Eleven directly across the street. The hallways really need to be refurbished and really give the building an image of being rundown, thank goodness the rooms looked much better.

There was no microwave available in the room or at the front desk area.... if you need a microwave, there is a 7-11 across the street Which word to the wise it smells like urine, so if you are brave enough to buy something, sanitize and wipe the item clean. There was a space between rooms 306 and 307 that were boarded off, which added to the creepy feel.... There is no air conditioning in room, but there is a ceiling fan and a fan available in the closet

We have family in the area, and this lication makes it possible to walk to their home. It is moments away from Fisherman's Wharf, Ghiardelli, the Piers, cable cars, bike and scooter rentals, stores, restaurants, and specialty shops. The king size bed was comfortable and clean. Free gated parking was a plus! Security measures were pretty good.

The walls are thin, which would not be an issue if folks could be courteous and keep it down after hours. The vehicle traffic noise is a little much because of the touristy locale, NOT their fault.

Definitely dated, but they are clearly trying to do updates as they can. I know AC isn’t the norm in older hotels here, but it would have been helpful for the hot days during our stay. We had to keep the door open for a few hours to cool the room down when we got back each evening. We also didn’t have a bedside lamp in our room, but the other rooms did that we saw.

location location location. I got a updated hardwood floor room upstairs. pet friendly and clean! this isn’t a hotel so get over it people lol it’s a motel and for a motel the value for what you get is great :) especially free first come first serve gated parking! staff is super nice too! and they have cams and security so I feel safe. and the lamps have usb plugins so you can charge your phone using your cord with it!

the bottom room window didn’t have screens and the gap made me nervous if I left it open for air and left. it had no way to lock and leave it slightly ajar so when we left the room we had to close it and it was so hot when we closed it. but when we could open it while in the room it was great :) you’re gonna hear street noise during the day and but it dies down super late at night. but it’s a hopping location so oh well lol

Fabulous location friendly staff and great value for your dollar. The gated parking was a huge plus given the homeless situation in the area. The bedding was comfortable great sleep.I loved the Ocean view.

Honestly the only drawback was the handicap shower was horrible that grout needs such a scrubbing with a brush. I was very surprised by the state of the roll in hower given that everything else met clean standards. Even given this drawback and it's a big one I would stay again for the location the friendliness of the staff and value.

Ive stayed here many times. If there's vacancy when i come to San Francisco, this is the place i always stay. The rooms are a good price for the location. The rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. The hallways look kind of crinchy but I believe because they are remodeling.

The only complain I have are the walls are thin. You here everything in the mornings and if your trying to sleep in, that's going to be a no go.

The location is perfect, room size was brilliant, 3 guests we had a bed each. The reception staff were really helpful and welcoming. Liked the security with card access required for lift and stairs. fridge freezer, coffee machine and a fan heater were brilliant touches.

the door didn’t shut firmly so it got a bit chilly and noisy with the road cleaners outside.

After the rather mixed reviews, we were very pleasantly surprised: the room was spacious and clean, the location sensational, the staff friendly and the parking free, which is a big plus in San Francisco. We also had a refrigerator in the room and on the 2nd floor it is supposed to have a microwave, which we did not need.
