The hotel/residence was stunning, the suite we stayed in was massive with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms. Comfortable and great value for money and in such a stunning area, would never want to stay anywhere else.

The only small gripe is that the ‘hotel’ did not have a restaurant or bar on the premises, you had to go out if this was required….only a minor flaw as everything was just situated out of the rear of the hotel.

i stayed in the hotel with my family durning our summar vacation and I was so glad i stayed in the hotel. the hotel, the plaza, and the location are exceptional. everything is within walking distance especially the fishermen wharf. my kids loved the plaza and the chocolate factory. it is safe to stay with your family. if we are going to visit SF next year, we will have the hotel to be in our plan.

becareful of the hotel address if you are using it for delivery ( like door dash). the address is for THE WHOLE PLAZA. so if you are planning to have your meal delivered to your room, check with the front desk to give you the closest address to the hotel entry.

The place was beyond all my expectations. Everything was perfect or even better))) If I come to San Francisco once again I will choose this place without even thinking!

had a late check out arranged and we’re 10 min late. charges us $150 for the 10 min.

Room was beautiful, and comfortable. Our favorite part was the deck overlooking Ghirardelli Square.

it was all very nice. We were questioned several times about whether or not we had more people staying with us in such a big space (2 adults/2 kids). I really liked all the staff, but I felt like they were questioning our honesty and insinuating that we were sneaking in other people-which we were not. (I didn’t feel like explaining that my husband is a very loud snorer.) The only downsides-lamp in one of the bedrooms kept shorting out and the laundry closet could use better (any) lighting-I had to use my phone’s flashlight to read the dials.

We had a three bedroom suite which was excellent, high quality and good facilities for our visit. Great for our family to have a common area to sit down and eat in the room while still having the home comforts. Quality of the facilities was great and the staff were super helpful

It would have been nice if there had been a breakfast restaurant area in the hotel, instead of having to go out most days.

The staff were very nice. They arranged few sweet things as it was our anniversary. Such beautiful location. And absolutely beautiful place for the price.

Breakfast included would have been more convenient as the we were staying with kids especially given the weather conditions it was difficult looking for breakfast outside

Best concierge service of our whole trip. Jean is great. The location of the hotel is a perfect starting point for sightseeing. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen.

We stayed as a family in a two bedroom apartment. We always had loud noises every night, like moving chairs or something. No idea what that was. We couldn't find out but it was very annoying. Also, the windows in one bedroom were very thin, so you could hear the sound of the air conditioners outside quite a bit.
