We were allocated a room in Comfort Suites across the way and the reception staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and quiet. Perfect location for the night before a flight home and only a short drive to car rental return. Parking and great breakfast included. Good restaurant within moderate walking distance for evening meal - plenty of choice if you drive.

This review is for Comfort Suites which is where our king suite was. We did not get the same vibes from the Mainstay reception staff or the exterior of the building and reception area.

Only stayed one night but had a decent bed and good shower. Quite a reasonably sized room. Breakfast was pretty standard but included in price. Free shuttle was very handy as hotel was a little way outside the airport. Booking your return time at reception.,

Little more information about catching the shuttle bus on the website. I was informed that you catch it on Level 5 (where you pick up luggage). Go outside Door 512 (or any close by really) to island 3 where the hotel shuttles pick up. Many hotel shuttles turn up (it's confusing!). Mainstay is a blue & white van and has MainStay on it. It runs 24/7 every half hour but I would still message them with your arrival time to make sure.

I arrived very late and was welcomed with a smile. The staff was extremely friendly.

Posted at the reservation desk is a note stating that the rooms will be cleaned every three days unless requested. I was there for 10 days and had to request my room be cleaned. If it were going to be cleaned every three days. My room should’ve been cleaned at least twice before I left… but the cleaning ladies and the staff were very kind when I requested towels or any additional items they were very happy to give it to me.

The rooms were excellent large and comfortable obviously made for stays longer than our one night with kitchen facilities more like a studio timeshare room than hotel.

The only downside was the available tables to sit and eat what would have been a very good breakfast. Table seating for only 20 people 4 tables of 4 and a breakfast bar of 4 in and area that could easily have had 3x the number of tables, people trying to eat breakfast of their lap on the bench seats or standing up.

I will stay here again if I have a canceled flight during a layover at DIA. I’ve stayed a few places in that same situation and this was the best combination of price and cleanliness/comfortable bed/breakfast variety.

My name was somehow not on the list for the AM shuttle even though I spoke with the front desk about scheduling the shuttle when I checked in, don’t know if this is a fluke or a common problem I would just say to double check they put you on the list. I was able to get on the shuttle regardless but the driver had to call to make sure I wasn’t going to take the spot of someone else at one of the partner hotels.

We flew in from Fl and needed a place to stay for 1 night to acclimate to the elevation. We are a family of 5 and the mainstay queen suite had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa that fit us perfectly. The breakfast exceeded our expectations - waffle maker, scrambled eggs, potatoes, yogurt, oatmeal, toppings for the waffles, juice bar, and hot cocoa. We even had hot cocoa the night before. We forgot to pack two toothbrushes and the hotel gave us 2 with toothpaste. When I looked at the map of the location, I noticed a national wildlife arsenal/refuge about 10 minutes away. We drove there on our way to the mountains the next day and had such a fun start to our day seeing bison, coyote, deer, and prairie dogs!

The only thing that could be improved is more seating at breakfast but not a big deal.

Breakfast was good and was the general American breakfast. The environment was quiet and peaceful to sleep well. I liked the fact that there were utensils you could cook in and cutlery if you intend to stay long. Free shuttle to and from the airport.

Although, the was a convenience store and a Mexican restaurant less than 5 mins walk, other food places and grocery market were quite the distance, approximately 30 mins+ of walking. The train station was about a 15 min walk, a good exercise to start your day if you are going to downtown.

The staff was exceptional! Ms Furle was exceptionally helpful from the time we checked in to after we checked out!! My husband left his expensive Ray Ban ($275) sunglasses in our room, and she personally went to the room to find them. She directed us to purchase a prepaid UPS label so she could return them to us! There was nothing we did not like. Everything was wonderful!

we had a king suite. Even though we were only staying one night, having extra room with a living room and two televisions was a plus. The king bed was very comfortable. The shower was strong and everything was very clean. The breakfast in the morning started serving at 4 AM which was great because we had to depart for the airport at 4:30 AM. There were hot and cold items on the menu. The staff was very helpful.

We waited almost 45 minutes to be picked up at the airport and taken by a small van back to the hotel. The van services 4 different hotels that are in the same vicinity. The van is not marked well so we struggled to identify it. It has very small white signs with very small black print. The van service has room for improvement.

it was an convenient location from the airport. the front desk manager, Miss Johnny went far and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. Dee and Chole were equally awesome and most helpful!

The toilet in our initial room #124 did not work for 24 hours. The room we were moved to #321 had a very strong smoke odor~ which the hotel was a nonsmoking facility. I believe we should have gotten the last 3 nights at a discounted 1/2 off rate; we were very uncomfortable! Can I still be credited back with $150 for being miserable with the smoke smell for three nights? I brought disinfectant spray, but to no avail. I developed a sinus infection due to being allergic to the heavy smoke infested smell! This is a very serious health issue for seniors as myself and my husband. It’s only right when I think about the situation of my health was at risk!
