Updated, clean, comfortable, safe. Terry at the front desk was especially helpful, showing me several rooms with different views and features, then quickly checking me into the room l requested.

1. High price. 2. The bath ceiling vent was clogged, but Terry at the front desk was immediately at work to resolve that issue. 3. I didn't receive maid service the second day of my stay. That could have been my fault. Perhaps l was supposed to request it, or they assumed it was not needed. (2 and 3 are minor, but 1 could be a deal breaker for future stays.)

Hot breakfast with eggs and sausage was offered which was great as I am Celiac (no wheat). The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Terri (manager) was absolutely amazing. She checked us in and gave us a room on the top floor away from all the families with young children. She was there late at night and again in the morning to ensure breakfast was setup. She needs a huge raise. She was taking care of everything. had the coffee replenished right away, made sure everyone had what they needed. Had a wonderful attitude considering the hours she puts in. All other staff were friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend

Very friendly and accommodating staff, indoor pool and jacuzzi, very top of the line wifi getting 50+Mbps down and 30Mbps up, they were one of the most prepared and friendly/upbeat staff I've ever had the pleasure of staying. Obviously it is a Wyndham hotel, I've personally never had a good experience at a Hilton, so it was a pleasure.

The game room was unfortunately under remodel, but there was plenty of stuff to do if you don't mind about a mile walk or taking a free bus to downtown Manitou Springs, the scenery and beauty around it's worth just taking a nice walk. One of the best arcades and food in Colorado.

Nice modern hotel near Pike's Peak and Garden of the Gods...they are literally minutes away...maybe 5-10 minutes drive to the cog railway...good hot breakfast and enjoyed the Italian restaurant down the street...requested 2 rooms close to each other with a view if available...the rooms were next to each other and the view was of Pike's Peak...thank you...

No problems...would stay here again

Everything was perfect. My new go-to place in Manitou. Hot breakfast, quiet AC, hot quiet shower, beautiful decor, comfy, very clean, exercise room, in shower toiletries, patio dining available, coffee, fridge, microwave, hot tub, game room. Very nice place to stay.

There was a very loud humming sound from inside the bathroom wall or some machine in the neighboring room. The lady who checked me in was very nice. The lady at checkout said she couldn't book for another night but l could go online and book myself.(That's a first!) She refused to give me the same price (another first) so l checked out and left.

Excellent front desk staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good location for what we wanted to do.

The eggs at breakfast were inedible; some sort of rubbery crust on them. I am not sure how you could cook eggs to obtain that texture. Poor selection for breakfast, and almost no condiments (for example, no ketchup in packets or squeeze bottle). Only bread for toast, not other choices.

Key cards were a bit slow at times

We definitely loved the location of the hotel and the surprise of the axe throwing game in the rec room. Beds were comfortable and breakfast included was great.

It was definitely a but of a bummer the jets were broken on the hottub. That was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. We love hottubs. Also the air hockey table was not working either. Other than that everything was great.

The river behind it, absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The rooms were comfortable, it was close to our destination.

Only one single main door to go in and out of. We had to be moved out of one of our rooms because the mattress pads on both bed in one of our room were very dirty, looked like dry blood on them very gross!

The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful!

There was no decaf coffee at breakfast and there are way too many community items also. Germ city! Peanut butter in a jar was shared, butter in a shared dish, silverware not packaged or facing down, only one waffle maker with a line, and just not a good variety.
