Excellent location, close to the train station. Good value for money. Great communication from the host. Clean, modern room and comfortable bed.

No fridge in the room. Property was under renovation when we were there (Sep2022) so lifts were out and downstairs level not usable. This didn’t bother us though. It may have been a reason the property was quite cheap compared to everything else that was available. Looks like it will be a nice bar or common area in the future.

I loved the room it was really spacious and the view was good.

we didn’t like that it was a little noisy and even though we were on the third floor we heard them partying at night but earplugs were provided this time!

I had my other hotel cancel on me so rebooted this place. They were so helpful as it was stressful. I really appreciated being able to talk to someone quickly. I had a different room. Bed was comfy again. Shower hot. Lots of towels. Liked the shower gel, smelt like I was in the woods. Good coffee. The TV had a roku, new so that made it easy to watch Netflix.

Nice place, the flat was brand new with a lot of equipments! Nicely placed and quiet!

There was an issue on booking regarding the price. It was proposed at 100 dollars and on the page for paying it was eventually written 160 dollars.

Property was nicely appointed—very thoughtfully set up for travelers. As I was arriving at Union Station, the location was convenient (2-3 blocks!). When my arrival was delayed, the contact was extremely helpful!

The downstairs bar was loud, as it was Saturday night. Thankfully the property had some sound dampening, and the cooling system also helped muffle the noise. Not sure if this was stated in the public description (it was in the trip details email); if not, it should be. I always travel with earplugs, plus live in a city, so used to shutting out noise. Not everyone is!

Very good price for a prime location in Denver.

The deserted lobby was a bit strange and the elevator didnt function.

I stayed one night from Sunday to Monday for a layover. I will admit I was a little spooked by some of the recent reviews, however I found the check-in instructions to be very clear and had no trouble of getting into the building and finding my room (the black surface on the door lock is a touchpad). Yes it is odd that there is literally a night club on the ground floor that you have to go through, but that did not cause any trouble for me. The room was beautiful (especially the glass shower), the bed super comfortable, the location great, and the WiFi fast.

Between the night club floor and the rooms on the 3rd floor are no locks, so theoretically patrons/staff can make it right to the outside of your room. Given there is no reception/staff this might make some people uncomfortable.

The bed, the room, the location, the decor, and the bathroom are really great, especially the shower... Accommodations are very spacious and easy to access... location is phenomenal! Very pleased with the quality of sheets to soap in shower to overall amenities... wonderful terrace... staff response time is great! smell of room and cleanliness were very pleasant... felt fully at home. As management explained... location of room on a weekend does make for a loud night until club below closes (2am)... so if one wants pure silence... Friday and Saturday night stay on second floor would be best avoided. However... with earplugs, fan, and light music... it tends to drown the below activity out.

Would be good to have black out curtains on door to terrace...and door to shut so fridge light is not so bright... not sure if the hot tub is going to be fixed... if not... needs to be removed... additional blanket or comforter with duvet would be lovely... make bed more comfy.

The room was so clean and loved the comfortable bed and amenities, thick towels, great coffee set up. The bed linens and mattress were fantastic.

I didn't like how hard it was for me to check in. I had to make 11 phone calls and many emails bc the check in sign on link was not functional. The staff on the phone were very nice, but they just kept sending it the one way, not looking for solutions until finally I threatened not to stay there, it was after 10 pm and I was extremely frustrated and needed to rest. Some bulbs were burnt out in the room and the bedside light fixture did not turn on. Lighting in bathroom was tough for makeup application.
