Great location & easy access when taking the train from the airport. Nice, quiet hotel, but close to all the action of Union Station & Coors baseball stadium. Nice bar area and restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff was very friendly & helpful throughout the stay. Coffee, water, and snacks were available throughout the day in the lobby. Would stay here again if going to Denver.

The only thing we did not enjoy was the in-room coffee. Much too strong for our liking. We ended up going downstairs each morning to get the complimentary coffee they served in the lobby and taking it back up to the room.

The location is great for meeting tours at the close by Union Station and there is a lot of good restaurants within walking distance The rooms are modern and well sound protected from outside construction. Well insulated and kept the warmth wonderfully The coffee station in the morning was well stocked and welcome find a few days into my stay

The housekeeping was very inconsistent with toiletries rarely being replaced and random timing (early in the morning or late in the afternoon) There was no coffee machine in the room. There is a good coffee station available in the lobby before 10.30am however, it was not well posed and required to be up and dressed for a morning coffee. There is a clear homeless issue around the city however this was consistent with our whole USA trip

Highly recommended, this hotel truly stands out as a top-notch destination. Unlike some ostentatious 'grand' hotels, they focus on ensuring your comfort and promptly meeting your needs and desires, without any unnecessary showmanship. The staff is not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. The ambiance exudes a delightful Scandinavian vibe. The furniture is exceptionally comfortable, avoiding the common pitfall of sacrificing relaxation for cutting-edge design seen in some other hotels. Moreover, the restaurant serves excellent food, and the bar boasts an impressive selection of premium liquors. The management of this hotel truly excels in their approach. Despite my initial apprehension when IHG sold the property to another hotel group, I was pleasantly surprised. The new owners had the foresight to retain the existing management and staff, proving to be a brilliant decision. As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that this is the type of hotel I would happily choose to stay in wherever my journeys take me.

Beautiful hotel with extremely professional staff. Nice details everywhere: room comes with a yoga mat, nice Bluetooth speaker, aluminum water bottles, etc. Nice beds, nice shower, nice curtains. Lovely lobby with a feature fireplace and free snacks.

$58/day for parking is ridiculous. My bed was made incorrectly twice, but the front desk compensated me and was very apologetic about it, so I came away with a positive experience. The hotel restaurant was only ok. Much better food available on the same block elsewhere.

Excellent hotel location and the room, other than the sofa bed was very nice. Close to many attractions and using UBER to get around was fine.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable. Got charged on the back-end $27.20 after check-out for unexplained reason. I haven't had time to check on this fee, but more annoying than anything. After long wait for the advertised hotel 1 way free ride to 1 attraction which was located within the required 1 mile range, we just took an UBER.

The staff were very friendly and helpful which was a welcome contrast to a rough day of travel. The room was spacious and clean and had a bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower that made the room feel luxurious. Having access to the Colorado Athletic Club was another great perk. The sauna and steam rooms were amazing.

It would have been nice to have more complimentary items for breakfast or a cafe. Or, maybe a discount for visiting the hotel restaurant.

Great location, two minutes from the train from the airport. Lots walkable and felt safe. All of the staff we encountered were excellent, and food in the restaurant was superb. Good size room and a great shower. Happy hour wine is a nice touch.

It’s showing it’s age a bit and the room could do with a deep clean (everything was clean enough, but the windows, mirrors, glass light shade etc needed a good dust. Some of the towels and bedding were threadbare, and there was only one decent pillow out of the 8 provided. None of these things annoying enough to complain about at the time, but I’d expect a little better.

Amazing eco friendly, stylish yet cozy hotel, with great staff and excellent restaurant on site. We didn't have time to take advantage of MCA visit, gym, etc. but now have a reason to come back. The host(s) at the restaurant (Citizen rail) were so kind and professional and went out of their way to accommodate us on Christmas night for dinner, when every other place was either booked or closed. And the food was so good we went back for breakfast the following day and were equally impressed. We will be back for both hotel and restaurant, I hope!

The location is perfect, bed was comfortable, room was clean with a nice view of the city/mountains. Coffee machine and water in the lobby was great too. Late checkout was available for us so that was a nice convenience.

Only one of 3 elevators was working so it made for some long wait times in the morning. Parking fees are pretty steep but comparable to other hotels nearby.

Rooms and property were very nice and comfortable. Location is great. Happy hour wine in lobby was a real nice treat. Check in was super easy.

The staff was generally polite but a little “unbotherable” at times. Check out was a bit of a disaster. One staff was helping someone on the phone which left one person to help about 7 of us looking to check out. Took about 10 minutes before i(#2 in line) could check out. The other 5 might very well still be in line to checkout! Joking aside, it was a nice stay overall and if the value sits in my budget again, we’ll be back!
