Very good facilities to sit in the entrance area (nice music!), kitchen and "library". The room was made twice. Cheap and good laundry facilities. Very good wifi. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bedding could have been thicker. The mattress was a bit too soft for my taste. The room had no good table to sit and work on. The window in my room could not be opened. My long charging cable did not work well.

Clean and neat. Even the shared bathroom was clean. coffee shop is a big bonus. baggage storage after checkout helped a lot

The staff were all super duper friendly. The room was so clean and comfortable. I will stay here again!

They were doing construction to add more rooms. It woke me up a couple times but I understood!

11th Avenue has the nicest employees you will ever meet, they always greeted us with a smile, when we arrived early they prioritized getting our room ready and even called when it was. The other people who stay at 11th Avenue show the diversity of the people who come to visit Denver, from veterans to young kids with their parents you will meet the most kind and interesting people when you stay here. To top off all of that, there is an excellent coffee and icecream shop in the lobby as well as 24/7 service at the front desk if you need anything including new towels.

There aren’t any cups for water in the room and the tv in my room wasn’t able to get good enough wifi to load anything. But these are both silly complaints for a stay that was otherwise incredible. (Note that wifi worked perfectly fine on phones and laptops)

The location was excellent! I had never stayed at a place like this so didn't know what to expect and was delighted with what I found! Next time I'll make better use of the community facilities available. I was especially pleased with the nice, clean shared bathrooms in my hall.

I wish the desk had told me about the availability of the train from the airport to downtown before my visit. Next time, train for sure and save $$$ but that's really my fault. The staff at the front desk did discuss it with me after I arrived and I used the train on my way out of town.

The staff here is always so accomodating. I stay here every time I'm in Denver because the value cannot be beat without going very far out of the city. One time my AC was not working well and they moved me no problem, and they have always been great about late checkouts or storing my bags if my departure on checkout day is not until late. I also enjoy the library, kitchen facilities, coffee shop, and courtyard sitting area.

It would be nice if guests could control their room temperature themselves instead of asking the front desk to adjust it. The beds are not the greatest - in the Euro room my partner and I always stay in, the beds are not Queen but Full size, so very narrow for the two of us.

The room is spacious and clean, and there are lots of bathrooms available. The location is good, within walking distance to museums and the State Capitol. There is a cafe that sells good ice cream on the first floor, and you will get a discount for the pizza restaurant beside the hotel if you present your hotel card.

1. The power outlet is only located near the bottom bunk bed, so if you are assigned the top one, it's difficult to get power unless you have your own extension cord. 2. I stayed in the same room for 4 nights, and the door lock ran out of battery two times within my stay. Although the staff was fast dealing with this problem, it was still... too frequent!

I had an amazing experience at the 11 Avenue Hostel in Denver. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hostel itself is impeccably clean, with spacious and comfortable facilities. Its prime location allowed me to easily explore the city, and I loved the opportunity to meet fellow travelers in the common areas. The hostel also boasts a large kitchen, perfect for cooking meals and saving on dining expenses. Overall, I highly recommend the 11 Avenue Hostel to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Denver.

I stayed at this hostel twice. The first time I stayed in a four person dorm which was nice because I met some really interesting travelers. When I checked in, I had a Colorado DL and needed to show proof of plane ticket that I was leaving because they have had some theft issues from CO DLs in the past. But I learned I could stay in a private room for about $20 more per night and I did that on my second stay. Both stays were excellent I love the vintage design of the place with all types of funky couches tables and art pieces. Restrooms and showers were plentiful and clean. The coffee and ice cream shop in the hostel actually has really good drip coffee and there is another amazing coffee shop right across Broadway and the across 11th ave you have the best tacos you will ever taste in your life at Torchy’s. For me, 11th ave Hostel was perfect because I flew into Denver, then rented a car a drove to Moab then Salt Lake then Jackson and back to Denver to fly back to NY. 11th ave hostel is such a great value compared to other places in area.

There are a few ragged looking people wandering around in Downtown Denver, but they didn’t feel dangerous, just sketchy.

Loved the location and the remodeled building was really lovely. All of the staff were really cool and I loved seeing the community kitchen get so much use. I did not notice any noise at night and I am normally a light sleeper.
