The hotel rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained by a very friendly staff. The reception personnel is welcoming and extremely helpful. Upon arriving late afternoon during the week, the desk clerk noticed that my booking was scheduled to start only the next day. They immediately arranged for me to stay in a room without having to move to another one later. The hotel features a rooftop pool and a fitness room, a restaurant, and a bar. The location is excellent, situated not far from the 16th Street Mall and just a few minutes on foot from Union Station. This makes it an ideal choice if you're coming to the city via the airport shuttle.

The interior courtyard view resembles a prison yard, so be sure to book a room with a "street" view. WiFi is not included if you booked through booking.com, costing $10 per 24 hours, which is surprising in 2023. The fridge is loud, as is the air conditioning unit.

The size of the room, the comfort, it was amazing. The foyer and reception were well laid out, and outside were fires running all day while you waited for your taxi. It truly was a great hotel

Ok, so we had breakfast included and we had a twin room for 3 people, but breakfast was only for 2? We also tried to do laundry and the app wouldn't work for an international phone number and the hotel staff didn't want to know and walking back and forth from one tower to another because the person on reception misinformed me was frustrating. Also, you room is like a million miles from the lift, good to get your steps up though

The room and building were beautiful, and all staff members were incredibly kind. The location of the hotel was perfect for the concert we were attending at Ball Arena.

The hotel seemed to be understaffed. The workers were doing their best to keep up, but we felt bad in contributing to more work for them. For example, breakfast was included in our stay, but there was only one server going around getting drinks for everyone in the dining room. I hope they are being properly compensated for doing the work of multiple people!

We arrived a little earlier than check in so the staff allowed us to have a key to be able to park our car and walk around downtown while we waited. The king bed was very comfortable, felt very safe in our room and when returning later at night, our room was very nice with big windows, and the location was great! We were able to walk to a Rockies game one night. Anything we wanted to do was 10-20 minutes away.

There was nothing we disliked about this property.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, in a hotel setting. The pillows were big and comfy. The view was spectacular of the 16th street mall. Great location, just was a bit confusing at first where the checkin desk was. (They moved it and we did not know until we arrived)

Making sure we knew they moved the checkin desk before arriving. That the ticket for breakfast was only for the buffet, however the ticket does NOT say that, it just says up to a certain dollar amount.

Perfect location, amazing staff, valet option, feels safe and secure, fire pits and cool places to enjoy coffee, restaurant and bar connected to lobby, clean room, comfy bed, hot water, great city view, just overall worth every dollar for the experience. This is our main downtown stay for business or leisure.

I had one bad experience. One time when I went to get my nightly treat. The time was 8:30 and the staff member said we stop at 8. The response was rude and there appeared to be treats left but they were not accommodating.

The location was great, gym was great, pool a little different to the photos- shallow and too small for the all the people using it.. but enjoyable. Good check in procedure,

It’s a huge corporate, impersonal, functional, well run hotel. Nothing to dislike unless you like personality and authenticity.. it was a good choice for us

Our room was stunning and very comfortable and we were blown away with the amenities including the pool, on-site restaurants, and gift shop! We were even offered an upgraded room at no extra cost and I can't say enough good things about the king-sized bed and huge shower. We felt very relaxed throughout our entire stay.

After a day or two of staying, it seemed like the cleaning crew stopped paying as much attention to our room - we weren't given enough towels or washcloths on one of the days. The continental breakfast is also not very good but I do recommend spending. the extra money and dining in their on-site restaurant, The Commons.

Spacious newly renovated rooms - comfortable beds and beautiful design.

Very crowded at check in. Parking fee 40 dollar when you can park at any public parking for 17-19 dollar. A bit pricy for not including breakfast. Pool was a bit cold.
