Very convenient location on right on a Trolly stop. Efficient, friendly & professional desk staff cares about the property & your stay. Hard working housekeeping staff do a nice job as well. Great updated room- new soft towels & bedding, super clean, hot shower. Slept well despite Main St. close by. Covered balcony is especially cool for chillin in Dgo. Another great stay at Adobe. Thanks folks.

Noticeable gap under the room door (218) needs better seal. Older plastic chairs on balcony need to be replaced with safer, more supportive chairs. Easy to break the old brittle ones. Avoidable hazard.

The room was actually way bigger than expected, it had a full kitchen, clean fridge, comfortable beds, and great water pressure in the shower. Anywhere in Durango is close to anywhere else, but this is right off the main strip, easy to find, and easy to park. The front desk staff was lovely, and check in/check out was a breeze.

My only gripe with this and similar lodgings is the early close time of the hot tub. Not the end of the world, but c'mon. Honestly, nothing to complain about here.

Room was recently renovated and super clean, also a very large space. Great nightly rate. Location was perfect for access to the train station where we took a single gauge railroad ride to Silverton and back. Front desk staff was very helpful. Traveling with my 86 yr. old Dad, he accidentally packed the TV remote into his luggage. We mailed it to the front desk the next day and they called me immediately upon receipt to verify it had returned to them.

The front desk person Mike was so helpful! He went above and beyond to make sure I got all my questions answered and the room I needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was not connected to the central heating system in the rest of the hotel, it was provided with a small space heater that did a poor job heating the room and kept blowing the outlet with the tv so they kept all shutting off all night long and it didn’t get very warm.

We wanted to attend Snowdown but didn’t think we had the money to because most hotels raise their rates during the event. I literally just checked for “kicks and giggles”. Used to spending $100-200/night. I was shocked to see the rates. Not fancy but provides what you need.

It’s a good value so really hate to say anything negative. It was fine. Maybe dated and/or had some deferred maintenance but not gross or dirty. I would stay again!

Had remodeling done but places in the room, the contractors didnt do a good job finishing the grouting along the walls and in the bathroom. Didnt have any weather strip around the door so weather, noise and outside lite was allowed into room. Otherwise the hotel was a good place to rest. Would stay there again but not in the room we had this trip!

Great value. Clean and spacious room.

No breakfast. Confusing heater system…wall thermostat did not work and the wall heater did not work, but they had installed a fake fireplace heater, which worked well. Street noise was loud at night.

The room we stayed in was newly remodeled and very comfortable. This hotel is ideally located in Durango for hikers finishing the Colorado Trail. The city trolley ($1) that’s stops out front is ultra-convenient. The staff were pleasant and professional. On-site laundry facilities was a huge bonus for hikers. We enjoyed a bottle of wine on the small patio area by the hot tub area.

If you arrive earlier then the 3pm check-in time there is a comfortable seating area but no bathroom facility for guests. You have to dash across a busy road to the Subway restaurant to use their facilities…that’s a little awkward. Also, and this was mentioned in other reviews, the inner shower curtain is stinky and they need to launder this item more frequently! It snaps on so it makes no sense for this not to be done!

Spacious clean room with kitchen! Laundry facilities and was able to buy Tide single use for $1 and provide change in quarters!

No early check in or flexibility even though room was most likely clean and ready (would not even check if it was ready until 3 pm). Kitchen in room but no silverware or dishes.

The young man who checked us in was extremely helpful and very friendly.

I love to take a tub bath at night and although the tub was sufficient, there was no stopper for the water so I had to use a bath cloth and there was white duct tape on the inside inside where there was probably a hole or damage.
