Rooms were comfortable, clean and large, very modern. Check-in staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good, included eggs and bacon, and started early enough for us to eat and get to the airport for an early flight (airport is only 15 min away). When we lost a key card, they made another for us cheerfully. Parking was plentiful.

Venue is not charming (in a shopping center off the highway). We were surprised at the $50 surcharge they said would be refunded 3 days after checkout. (Not clear what this was for - possible damage? stolen articles? We didn't see any extras we might charge to our room, such as room service or minibar items.)

Friendly staff, cleanliness, smelled nice, modern, breakfast was good enough. I was happy to have it included. The waffle maker is awesome. Good coffee. Close to Durango Downtown and pretty central to places and other highways and roads.

The fire alarm was set off by someone but we did not know that at first. It was at about 10 pm and it scared people. I went down stairs where I was informed that nothing was wrong. The doggie across the hall from me was terrorized and Reinsured herself because of the alarm according to my neighbor guest. Later on their were a few load chirps, then they stopped. The front desk did call me later and told me that someone pulled the fire alarm. Also the front desk did not have a bank with which to make change of a 20.00. I could not tip folks providing the breakfast.

clean, comfortable, new hotel, quiet, good location, very nice and helpful staff, no issues or problems with our room. breakfast was better than average.

parking lot is limited late evening. Parking lot seems too small for the amount of hotel rooms at this location (2 hotels joined together, same building). not much entertainment within walking distance. Probably a little over priced. Waffle batter at breakfast has no flavor and doesn’t match the described flavor on the waffle batter dispenser, tasted like flour and water. No skim milk or lactose free milk for lactose intolerant people.

There was a good amount of options for breakfast, from hot to cold items. They had scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage hot and ready to eat. Also 2 waffle makers ready to go for you to make a fresh hot waffle. The hotel over all was very clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was too soft for my husband, but I liked it. The only other thing that we didn't like was the guest next to us had dogs that barked frequently one night.

Clean, quiet and room was good size. Mattress was very comfy.

We had a problem with the shower water pressure, 2 pm on Sat, taking shower and had shampoo in hair and the water was just drops. No pressure. Thought it was low flow but informed it wasn’t. Was told it because so many people showering at same time. We showered around 10 am each day and at 2 pm one day. Pillows where way to soft, had a neck issue each day. If the water pressure was good it would have been a great stay.

staff was nice and professional. the room was very clean and the room comforts, like coffee maker and tv were all in working good order. It was an easy process to check in and out. Breakfast was nice as well.

Nothing. Everything was perfect and it was a great site to see that the place was worth all the money spent on the rooms, unlike other places who charge you arm and leg but give no value in return.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was just what myself and the family wanted. The fact that breakfast is served at 5am is a great benefit to us early risers. The room was very nice and clean. Overall, a very good experience.

The elevator was out of commission. But things break. They had called me earlier to inform me of the issue before our arrival. So the communication was there. Which I appreciate. Let be honest, most of should take the stairs more often. Especially after the breakfast they serve.

The hot breakfast was excellent. The people working at it kept everything filled and refilled. Very professional and polite. The front desk people were helpful answering any questions and the night girl helped me with hot water for my Ramon noodles I bought at the counter. I even used the washer and dryer this trip and the desk helped me with laundry detergent. A very nice stay.

The hot tube bubbles were not working.

Great hotel!

Using BOOKING.com didn’t allow us to know that any animal brought to this hotel had to be with a human 24/7. We had my grandson’s service dog with us. She went everywhere with us except white water rafting. The dog was crated for the 4 hours we were rafting. We received 4 phone calls and a voice message about leaving our dog alone in the room.

Good hotel. It's pretty new, modern and clean - as are the rooms. Parking is free. The rooms are not overly large but adequate. The equipment is good and the beds are comfy. It's nothing exciting, just a really good, basic hotel. It's situated a bit outside city center but you'll be on main street in like 5 minutes by car. Would absolutely stay here again, also given that the number of nice hotels in the region is not too high.

Pretty pricey for two stars.
