The room was nice to look at and was comfortable. The AC seemed to keep the room cooled down. The bathroom could use a little esthetic love and maybe some new caulk around the seams. The bright white walls were nice to walk into. The kitchen was functional with accessories. The coffee maker worked (may need to upgrade to Kuerig someday). The fridge was decently sized and held everything we needed to be cooled. The walk to the beach was easy as pie and made it nice to get an early start to beat the crowds.

I think just some minor touch up work here and there would help give the rooms an even better feel. New Light fixtures, paint, caulk, shower doors etc.

I liked that it was oceanfront and walking distance to all the restaurants and gift stores. We took an Uber into Rehoboth but actually walked back.. it was just under 2 miles and it was a very scenic and relaxing walk. The front desk staff was very helpful with parking and although I did not need assistance, I did see a couple that did need help with their luggage and the staff helped them carry their bags to their room being that there was no elevator which was no issue for me.

There wasn't anything that I did not like about this place it met all of my expectations

The staff are very pleasant and great to talk to. Excellent location to the beach. and our favorite restaurants.We were not beach front but still had a view of the beach. Parking under the hotel in the shade. Pool and pool area was very clean! Even though no elevator (which they tell you when making a reservation) there is a dumbwaiter elevator to load your luggage etc.

Being our first time did not realize we would probably be on the 3rd floor…so up 3 flights of stairs! (Let’s just say I’m no spring chicken😉)

the view from our room was exceptional, and the proximity to the beach could not be beat for the cost of our stay! perfect for families with small children who need easy access to the beach and room. the kitchen in the room was also a much appreciated amenity, especially for families with young children. The staff are very friendly, very informative, and welcoming!!!

we didn’t mind it, but please note there is no elevator, so you are carrying kids and luggage to the third floor if that is your room location.

Location, ocean view from side window, availability of the refrigerator. Coffee maker was effective.

It took a while to sort out the room. Blankets were inadequate so that the heat had to be turned up. I eventually found the remote control to the heat / cool system. The interface was very hard to see because lighting was marginal. I brought the remote into the bathroom where the light was better. Eventually understood what it did. I probably put the heat/cool system through multiple cycles before I was confident I had it right but did get it and it worked well. Maybe a written manual or summary instructions would have helped. If I had known we would have brought our own blanket.

The room was very clean, well set up, had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The best thing was the view of the ocean and the hotel's proximity to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a bit noisy from the guests in the room above me as they preferred to go to bed really late and wake up too early for me. So, the rooms are not soundproof.

great location right on the beach, even had a beach view… fantastic room, one of the best hotel rooms i’ve ever stayed in… large, comfortable, big bed, clean, well appointed, kitchenette… perfect room. walk to everything.

unfortunately the hotel was under construction work while i was there, and it was rather noisy, and took away from such a great place… this probably should have been communicated beforehand by the hotel… or closed completely until work done.

The location to the beach and restaurants was so great! We really enjoyed the pool as well!

The only thing I would say is that it was very noisy and we didn't sleep well due to the upstairs neighbors up early at 8 am, heavily walking, running, and banging. Most likely, a family with some kids. Otherwise it was great!

We liked the view from the room and how close it was to the beach. The room was large and clean. The stove top was great. Full size refrigerator and microwave. The staff were very friendly. Close to stores, restaurants and bars.

There is a dumb waiter for luggage and groceries. No elevator. We only had to do one set of stairs. Not to bad. I am going back soon.

Love the view and staff is very friendly! One of my favorite places to stay when I need a weekend getaway!

The ac in our room didn’t want to work correctly. After turning it down so it would be cool when we got back… it started blowing hot air and made the room very stuffy and humid, but luckily it was nice enough out we opened the window and door for a while and turned on the fans so it would cool down.
