Location, location, location! GREAT daily complimentary breakfast selections! Daily Happy Hour was awesome! Nice quiet room with a clean bathroom.

Very small bathroom. Front desk staff had difficulty answering questions regarding the JollyTrolley pick up location(s) and schedule. Also, front desk staff was not certain of the direction of the July 4th fireworks...could not tell me which direction they would come from so I would know where to position myself. My room was on the 3rd floor and there is NO elevator, hence no luggage rack to assist with moving luggage from vehicle to my room.

The location was perfect. It was literally steps to the beach. The breakfast was delicious and good when you are on the go. Coffee and water was at the lobby for 24/7. The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. Beach chairs and towels were provided by the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is a parking lot for hotel customers.

Our hair dryer was not working well and our balcony light was broken. The hotel staff immediately had someone to come fix it. Bathroom size was a little small but very clean.

Location on the beach, and easy walking to restaurants & stores, yet far enough from the main road to be quiet. All staff very friendly, cheerful, helpful. Wine & cheese happy hour daily allowed guests to get to know each other, have good conversations. Free beach chairs and towels. Rooms very clean. Balcony was a peaceful place to read.

The bathroom was very small. My wife & I are small people, so it wasn't a problem for us, but I can see where larger persons might have problems with it.

The extra attention to amenities like excellent breakfast, nice "happy hour" and those fresh cookies in the evening added a personal touch for guests. Use of outdoor seating and beach chairs was a plus. Too chilly for us to use pool, but looked inviting. The location was perfect for access to ocean front and beautiful inlets. Close to boardwalks and dining/entertainment. Would definitely return and recommend to friends. Thumbs up for sure.

The location was amazing. The bonuses of breakfast, cheese and wine, and 8 pm cookies, was lovely. The pool was fantastic. The balcony area upstairs was fabby at night to listen to the ocean and chill. The room was spacious and well equipped. The towels were really thick and fluffy. We will return.

The parking was difficult and the stairs were alot even when I specified a mobility issue.

Being in a hotel on the beach was sooooo nice! Everybody was very friendly. Rooms were very clean. The breakfast was more than I expected. Very nice.

There is no elevator! When you are on the 4th floor, it's horrible carrying everything up, especially if you're older or have a health problem. Don't know if we will stay there again because of the stairs.

Loved the view, the breakfast was really good every morning, close enough to walk to restaurants and bars and being right on the beach was amazing, they have beach chairs and towels for you to borrow which again was amazing.

Unfortunately the phone didn't work and had a problem with the TV but that was fixed. The beds are a little hard. No elevator so be prepared to climb stairs

The staff was phenomenal! Location couldn't get any better. Parking was perfect (included with stay). Value compared to other hotels could not be beat. Free WiFi, beach chairs, breakfast, cookies and happy hour were a nice touch.

My sole negative was the bed. It was way too hard for my liking, didn't have enough blankets and the pillows were okay. For the record, I am a nut about beds where I want to be sleeping on a cloud, this was not that bed. There is no elevator. This was NOT a negative for me, but feel I should mention it since it may be a negative for others.

Bathroom is small and cramped. You can’t close the door while standing in front of the toilet! The location is excellent right on the beach with spectacular views from the roof! However there are no ADA accommodations. The facility is from a bygone era with no elevator! The hotel provides beach chairs at no extra charge!
