We stay here almost every year we luv the pool the breakfast room and we have been blessed to be upgraded to a suite that over looks the pool which we enjoy . It’s convenient to pretty much everything cost efficient for a large family too .

The one girl at the front desk had an attitude and poor customer service so we were a bit disappointed walking in to check in excited for our stay to have an unfriendly staff member not even greet us with a smile ! We asked for a couple blankets and the one smelled like smoke was not clean or washed at all so was not happy with that . Our maid did not clean our room the one day I told her we were leaving soon but she never came back to clean and she was still cleaning rooms on the floor so we came back to an unclean room beds left unmade ect …

The location was beautiful the staff was good the motel state was decent however our reservations were all messed up.

I was registered and reserved the reservation for 3 days and three nights however I was told I only reserved the room for 2 days this was a very inconvenience and a financial issue on my trip so I would not even be able to stay and enjoy my trip on my birthday because my reservations were messed up we had to end up paying money out of a pocket for something that should have already been taken care of I am one of y'all's best customers because I go out of town frequently and need a motel stay this was just unacceptable

Well we let them know we were down in the area and the one staff member said check in around noon and our room wasn't room so we checked she told us to call around 1 then we did call at 1 she answered the phone said let me check about your room she said they were ready we drove to the hotel we got there she said they were not ready. So we next door t0 talk to the Boss but he was not there. So he said we can hang out a used the pool to cool off about 3:30 the staff called over ask if they were ready and again they said so we went back and only one was ready we had to go to the boat trip . Got bak to the hotel 12:00am and we had better time.

It was close to the shopping outlets and the beach. Never had a room with a whirlpool attached. It was the best!!

Our shower rail wasnt secured and it looked like there was water damage on the ceiling in the shower and we were hoping that nothing would spill. Thankfully nothing did but it made it uncomfortable to shower.

was a room. was close to Cracker Barrel. Had a decent breakfast. Nice AC. Very luxurious pool.

smelled constantly like stale cigarettes. Shower did not drain whatsoever. was scared to poop in the toilet due to uncleanliness. Was terrified to sleep in the bed. not two queen beds instead was given a king and a full.

Bfast could be better with fruits. I got upgradedcto suite.

The couch in the living room was dirty with many uncleaned spots. The restroom by the pool needs cleaning. The open hall way on the 2nd floor looking out the pool had bad smell, esoecially on the staircasea.

I had a good stay.room was clean loved the balcony the beds in the other room were very comfy my kids slept peacefully. was a good time . ill definitely stay again

I really think the sofa beds need to be bigger and newer was old mattress could feeel all the springs with a dip in the middle. the front desk clerk at check in wasnt rude ,but wasnt as pleasant as the person after him

The service was great great location.

The hotel was great, but kinda sucks that check in was at 4 and check out was at 11. There should someway that it be fixed to make it better somehow. Other then that it was great stay great stay. When I ordered the room from booking .com. They didn’t tell me really anything about the room. Wish they told me they had rooms with a balcony

The room was very clean and the maid Jeanette was exceptional!

The side entrance did not lock. The key card entry was not working so the side door was unlocked. Not a good safety feature. This should be fixed immediately!!!!

Loved the fact we were poolside 1st floor very convenient. Nice little porch area to sit and enjoy the night ! Just feet to Cracker Barrel also! Great location for shopping, food, to beaches, attractions!

Our room key didn’t open the door closest to our room from the outside. We had to walk around to use another door maintenance was informed.
