Clean. Sprinkler in ceiling with smoke detector. It had a blinking white light on the ceiling so recommend bring a sleep mask. Great concept of shower shampoo, conditioner & body wash but the body wash was empty. Breakfast ok but should include additional fruit other than an apple. Want fruit for pancake or yogurt. Consider adding a waffle machine with batter to pour. Or better yogurt other than yopleit. Plain yogurt please with fresh fruit to put on top with granola please.

They gave our room to someone else. So needed to find a different room for us. I booked a bathtub wanting to soak in a clean tub during my stay. They gave me a shower with 1 towel per guest that had no shower gel (or no shower soap) Smaller towels were not large enough for hair towels. I booked a room with a larger bed with sofa and table we could play our board games on. The room they switched us to did not have the sofa & coffee table so playing board games was difficult on smaller beds instead. They said they had an emergency water issue they had to move other guests into our room but I booked well in advance and unhappy they didn't give us the room we reserved.

The staff were very friendly! The room was immaculate. It was nice and cold which we loved. The Continental breakfast was great and the woman running it was very sweet :).

Our room was right next to the stairwell, so we heard people going up and down the steps during all hours of the night. The comforter was a little thin too, so maybe some extra blankets next time would help :). No major complaints. Overall it was a great stay!

It is a new hotel and it shows in its rooms and common spaces. The attention of both the reception staff and the cleaning staff is excellent. They want to help you solve at all times. The breakfast is very varied and complete, with good quality products. The room is spacious in size and very comfortable in design. highly recommended

I honestly can't complain about anything, my entire stay was very comfortable. Once again, I appreciate the kindness of the reception staff.

It is super clean and you can tell that everything is brand new. The location is nice with easy access to the main road and a 10 minute drive to the beach. The staff is friendly and ready to help. There is really good coffee available 24/7. The breakfast being included is a nice touch.

The breakfast options aren’t the best. The pool is solar heated so the water was cold on the cloudy days.

doors were hard to open to room and gym, would like four bath towels instead of two since we requested no room cleaning during our stay and a comfortable chair in the room would be nice to watch TV or read.

The location was nice although we came for a baseball tournament at Sports at the Beach and I thought the hotel was a lot closer to the sports complex then it was. When booking it said it was 2.3 miles away but it was 25 minutes!

The pool was closed when we got there. The bathroom door has a hook to hang a towel to dry and I whacked my arm on it twice it’s bad placement for me anyway!

Great hotel. It looks like it’s a new facility, everything was very clean and the reception staff was nice. There is a free parking for hotel guests.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, just breakfast is buffet style with few options. It’s good to have quick and light breakfast but if you’re looking for something which really fills you up I recommend to go out of the hotel

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Check in was smooth and we were impressed.

Our room keys did not work. We were told that the batteries in the doors needed replaced (brand new facility????). This meant that should we have gone out, once we were in our rooms, we would not have been able to get back into them. Since we were in for the evening, it was not an issue but it could have been.

I liked the location, close to shopping and restaurants, but far enough away from traffic noise. Very quaint. Everyone was very friendly. Shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel provided on the wall.very convenient.

That I had to go home. Honestly, everything was great except no coffee maker in the room. We brought our own, just in case. But that's not a deal breaker, they had some downstairs.

Our room was clean, staff very friendly, best location EVER! Location is right in the middle of the outlets! Lots of restaurants, little eateries and lots of fun!

Nothing, EVERYTHING was AWESOME!!! The room was very clean, we could see our vehicle from the window, which is very important to me. GREAT breakfast-FREE!!!
