Inn At Rehoboth

Staff was very nice. They really took pride in their work. You don’t see that much anymore. They also seemed to fill in where needed and help each other out. I don’t know this to be a fact but to me it looked like they worked where needed… cleaning, front desk etc. Rooms were very clean. When I needed anything, they got it for me right away… even when I told them they could do it when they had time. There was one night that people were outside blasting music and very loud. Seemed to be intoxicated. No fault of the hotel. I called reception and they put a stop to it right away. I understand you’re on vacation and having fun but these people were being rude and disruptive. Especially love that they take dogs! They are our emotional support dogs and part of the family. We like to take them everywhere! The outside was very clean as well. There were a lot of dogs but no messes outside or bad smells. Also love that they have flooring and not carpet in the rooms. So much cleaner! Be aware that there is no elevator but only 2 stories. They asked if we needed the first floor. My son is disabled and they made sure we had a room on the first floor. Another person was in a wheel chair and had no trouble getting around.

The overall decor and the rooms were nice and spacious. The pool and hot tub were open, which was a plus. There was a gym right behind the building with reasonable rates which was perfect. Breakfast was simple and adequate, consisting of coffee, tea, muffins, and waffles.

The room they gave me had a broken lock that needed repair. It was lacking the card entry, and I didn't feel it was safe enough for me. I asked for another room which they provided the next day. That room, had an ant infestation on the day that I checked out (third day). I asked for the manager to call me, but never heard from them. Bathrooms could be a little nicer.

The staff are great and the hot continental-style breakfast was a bonus. I've stayed years ago and the modern look inside of the renovation looks great! Hopefully the outside will get touched up soon to match!

The renovation looks great but there are still some minor design flaws or touches in the room missing that are needed. We booked a few rooms on this trip. One didn't have a room phone nor formal closet, just hooks and there were spider webs. The 2 room suite flow of room is not practical to use the bathroom and Bathroom did have rack or hooks to hang towels or clothes. And a few room doors were tough to open/close.

First off, Cindi at the front desk was so so nice and helpful and just awesome. She noticed we used Booking for our room and called them to be sure we didn't get charged twice based off something she saw in the computer when we were checking in. She went above and beyond for us with that! Right after getting in to our room, we noticed some water on the floor and that it was coming from the ceiling. She quickly put us in a new room and apologized (no ones fault!) and thanked us for noticing. Come to find out there was a leak in the sprinkler system that had just started. She was thankful we helped catch it early so they could get it fixed. Cindi was awesome! Please pass along our thanks to her for EVERYTHING she did for us! Other than that, the breakfast in the lobby was delicious each morning, the pool was great to swim in, everything felt clean and there were always people working on cleaning something while we were there. The room was nice, everything worked great, felt great, and we had everyhing we needed.

Not a thing! It was a perfect stay.

I love the upgrade to this place, I have stayed here before and it was nice, but the upgrade with the colors and floors gives this summer vibe, it's so comfortable here, that's why I keep coming back. The front desk attendant(Cindy) is super nice and very helpful and will stop what she is doing to help others. It's great having breakfast back! the blueberry muffins were so soft and fresh and yummy of coarse.. with all of these greats thing I will continue to return to this hidden gem.

The hot tub near the pool wasn't warm, the actual pool was warmer than the hot tub.

Very nice place to stay, really liked it! Staff very nice! Good Breakfast. Close to where we wanted to go. Clean and we really liked the atmosphere, nicely decorated!

The pool was closed the whole time because of over use prior to our arrival and was cloudy and not sanitary. This was a major bummer for my kids!!! The hot tub was not hot and the jets sprayed upward making it uncomfortable to enjoy as the water sprayed in my ears.

The staff was excellent anything I needed they were very friendly and helpful!!!

As minor as this is I am a big time coffee drinker the coffee was the only thing that was awful it was so so strong I even added the hot water and it still tasted awful I had to run to crackel barrel just for a cup of coffee to go so if that's my only complaint...you got a good hotel!! Thank you so much and I will stay again for sure an extra thanks to Cindy!!

I didn’t eat breakfast because I had to leave because the room phones were out of order. My cell ruined by water an hour before. I couldn’t stay without a cell. The front desk was great and let me use the house phone for less tan a minute and was charged that and personal text to contact my wife. I never used the room. I didn’t ask for a refund but i deserve one big time. The room phone was dead.

The room phone could have worked!! My cell was water damage Ed and I had to contact my family and it was late.

They were very accomodating as I was disabled. We really enjoyed spending time on the patio as well as in the lobby.

There was some mildew on the wall behind the toilet in Room 105. That would be an easy fix. The hot tub not working was a big disappointment. Bring back the breakfast sandwiches for the microwave
