Staff was great and people staying there were friendly. Given the situation I was pleasantly surprised by the people

This hotel is home to several recovering addicts due to a government assisted program they host. This was a bit disappointing for me as I am a single mother traveling with a teenage daughter. I am happy to see people being helped. And the people were all friendly but it was a little shady at times. This was a surprise hotel on booking.com and I was definitely surprised! Not happily!! Only other isssue was no microwave in the room!!! I loved the 12:00 check out time!

Reasonable price for today's market, access to various restaurants close by. Rooms were clean with amenities. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The additional deposit of $100.00 for a room was not mentioned on booking agent website and that caught me by surprise! Glad I had the extra funds, therefore it worked out! And the deposit was credited back to my card. As long as you're not destroying the room or smoking in the rooms, anyone staying will be fine.

The location was nice for what my fiancé and I were traveling for. The room was also very modern and cozy.

I did happen to find a few hairs in the bathroom upon arrival and you can loudly hear footsteps from the floor above, which bothered my fiancé during the night since he is a light sleeper. Also, we had an awkward experience where the front desk called my cell phone while we were out, assuming that we had a luggage cart in our room when we never even used one… I just laughed it off because the call just seemed so odd to me. Never in my years of traveling has a front desk called my phone, let alone with a situation such as that. 😂

I rented a suite so that i could comfortably work from the hotel. Location good; internet fast enough for live video conference calls; building clean; suite spacious. Most importantly the staff was extremely welcoming. Thank you to Alison, Jeremy, Jessica, Ricky, Ricky's mom and the number of people I interacted with whose names didn't stick in my head. Everyone seemed happy to help or just be friendly welcoming faces at the hotel.

I would have appreciated a dining set in the suite -- plate; bowl; silverware. The staff was kind enough to provide some plastic cutlery.

Everything was great.

They only had a place to hang a towel. So i guess you would have to uses room service everyday. I didn't like that they didn't have late check-out. At 11:00 they want you out. They did give us 15 minutes. But she said that was the most time they could allow.

I think you can do better on breakfast in the morning. a bag with water breakfast baris not enough.

The rooms were very nice and clean! The staff were very helpful and provided an early check in due to some traveling changes. Would definitely stay here again!!

Loved the room, everything was perfect.

The microwave had a loud noise when we used it. And around 8 something in the morning it was a guy talking super loud that woke us up.

I have stay at this hotel many times before but this stay was much better thin any other and I will always pick this hotel to stay
