Very clean for the most part. The parts that weren't clean were areas that didn't really affect our stay at all. They weren't gross, just not as clean as they could have been. The motel itself is very nice and quiet. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The checkout policy is just leave it in the box if no one is there because you're leaving early. We left at 7:30 am which is late for us and they still weren't there to complete the checkout and print a final receipt. I personally don't like that at all.

I am thinking this is one of the older motels in the area but it has really been refurbished with a lot of care. The AC/heat unit looked extremely clean, almost new. No dust when operating, no molds inside. Worked quietly in either mode and kept temp at a steady level. Front window was airtight and the drape was clean and darkened the room for a day nap. Carpet and bathroom floor were newly done. Bathroom replaced with modern everything. All sparkled. I had back surgery recently so nothing but my Tempurpedic works but this bed was satisfactory and I was able to lay without it setting off painful spots. Room was very quiet. There is a Chinese buffet in the shopping strip just above the hotel. My husband and I always stop and it never fails .Several fast breakfast spots were helpful since I was going to Georgetown for the day.

I can't really think of anything I did not like. The one thing, which the owners have no control over is that they are close to the outlets and the turn to the beaches so you need to plan for getting out in rush hour. Coffee is available in the office in the morning and it was fresh and good. I might have missed it when I arrived in the afternoon but there is a Wawa and a Dunkin Donuts nearby. Just buy one the night before and warm it up in the microwave if you need the first mouthful to face the day. I really could not think of anything else for that price unless they added a whirlpool in the front but there is not room for a pool at that location.

This place is amazing! Clean, safe, quiet, near to every thing. Yet much more reasonable that almost any option I looked at. It’s brand new (2023) every thing is freshly painted and clean. Great Value!

Not much I didn’t like, if I had to pick something, they didn’t have any food or vending options, but it’s right next door to Ann awesome crab shack, and a block away from a Wawa, so what more do you want?

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I would definitely stay there again. Loved that the doors locked at exactly 6 pm, and you could only get in with your keys.

The three teenagers that were sitting outside at different times of the day and night smoking pot when there were children around and it reeked of the smell going into the doors by the ice and soda machines and the door to rooms 201-207

I loved everything about it. I was very pleased that it had a microwave and refrigerator. I especially loved that it was very clean.

If I had to say something I didn't like during my stay, it would be the outside noise from the highway at night. It was just something I had to deal with. It didn't last all night. Besides, my room was next to the highway. I dealt with it. No real concern.

The room and bathroom were very clean--it looked like fresh paint. Beds and pillow very comfortable. FRIENDLY and knowledgeable staff. Motel was close to the bus stop so we didn't have to drive into RB during busy evening traffic. It was also close to many stores and restaurants. It is on a fairly busy stretch of road, but we didn't really hear traffic in the room, which is great.

thoroughly enjoyed my visit I’ve been to other times.

when we arrived, we went to the restroom, and there was a dirty washcloth on the counter.  we could of used some more towels and shampoo, but I just didn’t take the time to pursue that.   I could notice some wear and tear around the top of the shower. The drywall seem to be coming away from the shower molding at the top.

The location is great. Staff are very friendly. Bed was ok but not the greatest as far as comfort. This was our second time staying here and we'll prob stay here again.

There was no conditioner so had to go out and buy some. No hair dryer. I had to move the table to have access to the mirror outside the bathroom. We don't use TV so can't say if it worked or not.

Fancy sheets and nice appointments and nice furniture in the room and bathroom. Granite counter in bathroom. Very light and spacious room. Very clean. Very close to lots of things. Can walk to some restaurants and the liquor store.

I thought booking.com made me pay a deposit at booking months ago when I booked this room and then the hotel charged me two more times (1/2 just after the no-cancellation date and 1/2 again a few days later at the time of check in). I booked this room so far in advance I can't verify how many times I was actually charged for this room. Booking.com makes this process very confusing and difficult to figure out.

Overall the stay was very good. We are returning guests at this motel and we're satisfied every stay. Clean rooms, attentive staff, and comfortable stay. Very close to many shopping outlets in the area. Would definitely return. The price is good for what you get.

There is no breakfast offered here. If you're staying here for the beach, you're not within immediate walking distance, biking or vehicle is most ideal to get there, however the drive is not far.
