The property itself is beautiful. The hotel could use some tlc here and there,we got an excellent deal because it is an off week. I wouldn’t stay outside of that time and pay premium.But the service is top notch, everyone is exceptionally nice and helpful. The resort has everything, you do not have to leave. Restaurants are all great!! Been there 2 years in a row and will definitely return.

I didn’t like the hurricane precautions. The amenities were cleaned up the day before storm and I thought the hotel could have offered something in place. They typed a letter that was at the front desk but if we hadn’t inquired we would not have gotten any guidance. For instance, the letter said the hotel would be moving balcony furniture ours wasn’t so we moved it ourselves. Management should just be mindful guests are from all over and not everyone deals with hurricanes on a yearly basis.

Great value for the price! The rooms were nice and clean. The pool area feels clean and renovated. The staff was super friendly and always went the extra mile. The restaurants on the resort property offer you various price points and types. They have a high-class steak house and seafood restaurant with delicious menu options. The location is excellent! On a beautiful beach with nature, while only 15 minutes away from the town, that offers more restaurant and entertainment options. We saw dolphins and turtles multiple times during our stay.

The gym is usable and provides a variety of equipment for different types of workouts; We used it every day. But it could use some updates here and there.

We liked everything, its hard to find stuff to complain about. Maybe have more free lounge chairs on the beach rather than paid.

The hotel and 99% of staff were wonderful! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel/resort is beautifully and meticulously maintained. The room was clean and comfortable!

2 things I did not appreciate: 1. $20 per day for self-parking and $35 for valet...felt a bit greedy...the cost to stay at resort is high and parking shoul be included; and 2. Concierge was not helpful when I had an issue with delivery of an amenity. His response was simply that he could not control when something would be delivered...period. he offered no solution . I ended up talking to someone in the lounge who walked over and retrieved the amenity for me and kept it chilled while I was at the pool. It worked out but isn't that the concierge job...to get things done for the guests? Was not impressed with Dave! Tina in the lounge was awesome!

where to begin. its a beautiful area the nature walks, the ocean All staff were impeccable, the valet, the bellman the front desk staff like Lily, Zoe some men. forget their names all so so warm and inviting

at first, I thought it was the housekeeping time they get to your room. I was used to them coming early in the morning, but however, they go in the afternoon. Once I learned that my room was cleaned and beds were made in a request that I had for more towels or glasses, coffee whatever I needed they sent it up or a Bellman something up

Everyone was so polite. it is quiet when we go.When we go to the pool, someone always checks on you to see if you need anything. love the music you play at the pool.

sometimes the birds are annoying. As long as you don’t eat by the pool you are ok. otherwise watching the birds are relaxing.we didn’t think our room would be 1/4 of a mile to reach the pool, but it was good exercise. Again, the pillows are the worst. can’t you get more firmer pillows? I will have to bring my own next time!!

I loved our view from the room. We were able to see the beach and pool area. Pool for adults only was great!

I didn't like that the rooms didn't have a microwave. When we order room services especially breakfast it was lukewarm. not hot. Even when you come from the restaurants. It would have been nice to be able to warm up our food.

Loved the location: boardwalks, walking and biking paths along the dunes, beach, hotel, and condos. Nine restaurants to choose from and you can either walk or ride the resort trolly. Golf, tennis, pickle ball, two pools, hot tubs, and fire pits with rocking chairs. Check-in was quick and the staff is exceptional and friendly!

Resort charges for Beach chairs and Umbrellas on the beach, 50.00 $ per day for 2 chairs. So, bring your own.

Everything was wonderful and staff was very very accommodating and friendly. Hotel room and sheets were changed and cleaned daily was by housekeeping. Pool area was impeccably maintained and clean with fresh towels and free bottles water available for guest. Property has a shuttle that transports guest to all different restaurants & golf within the hotel. We all enjoyed our first time visiting and will definitely be coming back to thus hotel when visiting the island!

Could really use more pool umbrellas around pool area and more pool staff for cocktails and food service.

It's an exceptionally clean hotel and the pools, grounds, and room were all lovely. We enjoyed that our balcony door was nearly soundproof, so we could decide when to pack in for the nite.

The food at the restaurants was mediocre at best, and wildly overpriced. The muffin and quiche from the breakfast counter were poor - and expensive. We also didn't love that it was so hard to find simple creature comforts - like a power bar or an ice cream cone - at the main hotel location. It was a long walk or a bus ride away at the Marche shop. For visitors to the hotel, this is a huge drawback.
