The pool was great and the room was comfortable. The staff was considerate and friendly. Everything was in close proximity to where I was staying.

Okay - I am not usually someone who complains, and honestly, it's not a huge ordeal, but I didn't care for the free breakfast. The options were extremely limited, and it didn't really cater to everyone's dietary needs. I ended up going to Publix down the road to get food I could eat within my dietary needs. Its a shame because one of the reasons I used this location was because free breakfast was offered and I thought it would be a time saver. That wasn't the case and I didn't see the value. Maybe it was just the menu for the month or something.

The room wasn't vacuum cleaned when I checked in. The trash was not emptied. Housekeeping is only on alternate days, so, this wasn't cleared for more than 24 hours.

People super nice, room nice and clean. Bed comfortable. Convenient location. For women - it feels very safe and places near by to eat. Like Marriott hotels.

Breakfast all packaged foods. Something fresh would be nice. Coffee very bitter - perhaps try a medium breakfast blend?

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff was amazing. My room was well cleaned. The shower was amazing! I will definitely bookmark this property for future stays. Though dont eat breakfast, there was a variety offered. Overall, I was extremely impressed.

This property is a newer facility, with restaurants and shops located within walking distance. Facility is very clean and quiet both inside and out. There is not too much traffic considering the area. The price of the rooms is extremely affordable again considering the area. The property offers onsite parking and the staff is very friendly, patient and tentative. The room is very modern, clean and peaceful. Everything works as it should. The beds and pillows are very comfortable offering some of the best sleep than I’ve had in years. Each room has big screen TVs, ironing boards with iron, blow dryer, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. They offer a variety of hot breakfast included with your room rate, as well as quick grab and go breakfast. The pool area is clean and peaceful with not too many people in it at one time. Pool is big for the property as well as clean, clear, warm and inviting. They offer a late checkout and the view from each room is beautiful. I loved the room so much that I booked it for one more night after checking out and getting home. Definitely worth the price that is offered.

The property does not have balconies, hot tub or safes in the rooms. Otherwise it’s a perfect 10

This is a newer facility. Very clean and quite. The property has beautiful landscaping and very clean outside of the facility. There wasn’t too much traffic within the hotel and Restaurants and Shops are located within walking distance of the property. Staff is very tentative, helpful, kind and accommodating. Furniture and structure is modern also everything is in working condition. The beds and pillows are very comfortable as I experienced the most deep sleep than Ive had in a very long time. Again the facility is very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast is included with the room rate as they offer a different selection each morning. They offer a late check out and even offer carts to assist with taking your luggage from and to your car. The pool was beautiful, clean and never to crowded. The gym is small but offers a good workout for those who take their health seriously. I enjoyed my stay so much I booked one more night and again had the best sleep ever. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a gorgeous hotel to book. All 10’s in my opinion.

Obviously this can’t be changed because it’s a structure issue but there are no balconies. I love hotels with balconies but enjoyed the hotel so much that I booked it again despite it not having one. Also, they don’t have a hot tub but again that would be a structure and architectural issue. Outside of these two things this hotel is perfect but most Marriot hotels are perfect in every way.

The breakfast was fine. Thee place was clean and very nice. Your staff was excellent. I was upgraded to a room with a sitting area and that was certainly nice.

Maybe a little more water pressure for the shower. I realize it was during the two week Spring Break period but the pricing was really high for a Fairfield - ~$450 per day? Really?....

The location was close to everything like supermarkets,restaurants. 👍

The air conditioning system very noisy.I am used to central air .I didn't sleep 😴 all night.

Property was very clean. staff was very friendly. Amenities were great. Lobby was very clean and inviting. Nice having restaurants we could walk to for meals.

The room was fantastic and roomy. The bathroom was huge. Would highly recommend. The staff was so nice and welcoming.

The truly only issue was figuring out the lighting. The light switch didn't turn the lights on. You had to go physically turn them on and off.
