Location, cost

Parking was NOT managed. One night after leaving to meet a friend for dinner the ENTIRE lot was full, and I mean literally, not only the spaces. When I asked security for assistance I was told there is parking across the street - an extremely rough heavy LATGE graveled area , totally unacceptable. Same night ( Saturday) people were banging on doors, sleeping in outside walkways.

location was perfect right next to live band band bar restaurant minutes from crab shack oceanfront 5 mins from 7/11 and mini amusement park gift shops eateries galore motorcycles museum just down the road perfect!

I was badly hurt by a chair on my porch although it was new the leg broke and I took a tumble and hurt my shoulder ambulance had to be called

Originally scheduled to stay two nights but I extended to 4 nights total, the owner / front desk staff were extremely nice and accommodating , the hotel is older but very well kept and the friendly staff made for a great stay , this place should be rated higher my stay was great..the free coffee and breakfast was decent too.I will definitely stay here again.

Very convenient to Main St, the beach, and local restaurants. AC units are very quiet. Pool is decent.

The carpets are filthy. They will turn your feet black. It’s a motel. There’s no security. people fighting at 2 AM and pounding on doors. The breakfast is fair. There’s not much that someone who has to avoid gluten can eat. There are no wall hooks to hang anything, no drying line in the shower, no shelves in the bathroom to store anything and the towel rack blocks the door from opening fully. The pool has 3 lounge chairs and several Adirondack chairs which are the least comfortable chairs on the planet. Like lying on a wooden rack. no one hangs at the pool because the furniture is miserable and there’s zero ambiance and no music or landscaping.

Room and hotel location was awesome!!! I loved it! I would recommend them to others.

Furniture had some stains on it. Room smelled like pure roach spray. It was a heavy enough smell that we had to use a room spray and open the doors.

I love how nice and amazing the staff was and how clean the rooms were I appreciated the smell of disinfectant and bleach when I walked in the room it was not only a clean room but also smelled clean. The pool was great love the beach access enjoyed the fact that it is located beside the ocean deck got to hear and see live entertainment. The guest were great everyone really respectful. My second stay here and this place will be my go to every time I stay in daytona.

The parking is a little wacky

the property is good I booked a sea view room and it is exactly what I got it is right in front the beach and I enjoyed the sunrise everyday I spend there, the hotel is also close to different restaurants is close to Daytona beach pier.

the only thing I will say I disliked about this place is that my stay was for 6 nights and I did not get anybody to clean the room during those 6 days even though I called the office and asked for room service on the third day, the next day I asked again because I needed some towels and toiletries and they gave me the toiletries and towels and the lady who haloed me told me the next day they were sending the room keepers but it didn’t happened.

The location was great. Great for our family of four. Room was clean. Everything was pretty much clean overall. The owner/ manager was great! The staff was mostly nice. The motel was located on the beach.

Few things missing in the room like the blow dryer, iron board and the room phone was broken. The room wasn't what I paid for (ocean view). The parking lot was to small. The breakfast was not what I expected. Last day for check out the staff member man didn't bother to knock on the door, he just opened the door while we were still in there getting ready to leave.

I liked the friendly staff and the location to everything. It was near everything!

The parking area was too small, tight and congested. Some of our guests got blocked in a parking space, by the person parked next to them. Didn't like that the fridge had no freezer. Also, there was hardly anything on the breakfast bar .
