I love the immediate beach access and wondereful staff. I enjoyed the Hawaiian Luau that was provided to Diamond members. All of the food, entertainment and staff were AWESOME!

I did not like having a room on the side of the resort property that was adjacent to another facility's trash area. It presented an unsightly view and had noise almost continuously (at the same rate that others paid who did not have this situation).

The outside amenities pool grills are never crowded.

The service was non-existent. I called the front desk to replace my bath towels and pool towels. I followed the procedure for replacing the towels. The soiled towels were collected but never replaced. The front desk staff is very kind and helpful, but the requests are not being followed up.

Adjoining door to the next room had a big gap beneath and allowed too much noise from the neighbours into our room, we understand the property is about to be gutted and transformed into a Hilton so maybe this can be addressed during the works

AMAZING service across the board. The Resort may not be as large as some other Daytona resorts, but the personal service supersedes all others. The room was spacious and very clean. The Suites are more than you expect - and huge. Even My JEEP was locked up in the gated lower parking garage I have no need to ever use another resort in Daytona. I have a 2 bedroom suite booked in October for Biketoberfest.

We were on the one bedroom unit looking to the city. The apartments is really big and well equipped. The sofa bed to my surprise was very conformartable. It has a game room which I appreciated with my six year old and direct access to the beach. The room was quiet and well soundproofed.

The elevators can get crowded and you may have to wait for some time on peak hours. If you are looking at the city you will get some noice from the street and the trash truck is quite noisy.

The property was clean and everyone was very friendly,professional and nice.

The vending machine did not work when we first arrive and was waiting on our room to get ready. The last thing is the shower in the main bedroom came off track and we were not able to take a proper shower until it was fixed. Despite those issues I will still stay at the property because they were able to address my concerns in a timely fashion so it was no stress on us.

when we walked in to check in… we were greeted with the friendliest staff! they continued through out the week to be just as friendly. sent text messages through out the week to make sure we were doing ok.

I honestly couldn’t find anything to complain about!

The staff was very friendly. The sunrise views from my balcony were spectacular. All the amenities of home were great. Pots pans dishes. Full size appliances. Steps away from the beach. Broadway was very close. Complimentary washer and dryer for guests. They had dish detergent, laundry detergent, sponges to wash my dishes. Huge bathroom. Just overall great experience

the bathroom was a great size, the mattress was comfortable and the kids loved the game room.

I wish check out was a little later. 10 am with kids is tough and I wish ocean front was available.
