The kids loved the slide!

For $350 a night, parking should be free. When you book a room for 6-8 guests you would think you would get up to 2 parking spots. Instead they make you park your other vehicle across the street in a sketchy parking garage for $10/ a night. For what you are paying for a weeks stay, they could at least give you a voucher for parking. Also, 6 homeless men sitting outside the parking garage every day. It doesn’t make you feel safe with young children when you have to walk over there to get your vehicle!

I love the pools and easy access to the beach. I have came to this resort 4 times already! Clean and I really enjoy the Ocean View rooms! Also there are lots of shops and resturants to choose from all in walking distance.

Only thing I disliked there is not enough pool chairs. You seem to only get one when you go outside at 6-8 am and people put their stuff on the chairs and hours will go by and noone comes back. There should be a limit if you leave your chair unnattended.

We had an oceanfront room on the 13th floor, really an entire apartment with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet. Convenient parking in a garage that could be accessed in minutes via a very fast elevator. Amazing staff, go out of their way to be helpful. Lots of amenities like pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, a small arcade, etc, that we mostly didn’t get a chance to use. Starbucks on the lower level, we definitely used that.

The room’s decor was very outdated and screamed 1990s and the hotel’s vibe was definitely from that era. This part of Daytona Beach feels like it’s best days have passed.

everything, very clean , good stuff, amazing pools , indoor and outdoor. Food at the bar outside not so expensive. nice beach view.

the beds were not comfortable, they need to change mattresses. the guys from Wyndham made us waste 3 hours because they wanted to sell us time sharing at hotel tower next door, they told us it was mandatory to listen to them.

Pool was great, but never any chairs because people hold them ALL DAY. Kids loved the lazy river. Close proximity to stores.

The sales pitch when checking in - Ruined my entire outlook for the week. Should not be pushed so hard to attend timeshare meeting. If i am paying 1500.00 or more for a room for 3 nights to have a vacation with my family, i should not HAVE to listen to your sales pitch. It wasn't worth it. Although the gentleman was nice, I didn't ask for all that when i signed up to stay there. I had read the bad reviews online but thought that it couldn't be that bad, it was. You HAVE to speak with them before they will give you your arm bands to get into the room, pool, etc.

Excellent location, pools were great (both indoors and outdoors were heated!), Jacuzzi was awesome. Rooms were comfortable and good size. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils.

My room's water heater broke and didn't have hot water for 2 out of 4 days!... we had a issue with the arcade card where tokens disappeared from the card and when complained to Front desk ... No one at the front desk took responsibility or accountability for that and kids were not happy!

The best part about this resort is the location. We could walk to the bandshell and the beach is amazing. Our close second favorite thing was the dueling pianos on Friday night, They were awesome. I'd go again just to see them.

I wish the inside bar was complete, and they need more seating around the pool on busy weekends. The other annoying thing is this survey that keeps telling me to keep going and that I am almost done. I will likely go back to the resort, but I doubt I will do another one of these surveys as long as they have a minimum number of words I need to include. This isn't middle school, and there shouldn't be a letter count or word count. Oh good, it says I did awesome... I guess I can stop typing.

The staff was amazing and so friendly and sweet. It was something to do everyday! love how the resort was walking distance from everything. the pools stayed opened late and even though it was a lot of people at the resort, the pools wasn’t overly crowded. it’s a lot of pools and the rooms and the view of the beach was amazing. love how you don’t have to call customer service and you customer can text 24/7 I thought that was really neat.

The only thing about the resort that I disagreed with is the fact they don’t have vending machines. I got thirsty one night around 11pm and the front desk told me you have to walk to the store to get drinks! I feel like every resort/hotel should have a vending machine. also, the elevators do get super crowded and the lines can get long. those are the main 2 downfalls but I’m sure fixable. this resort is definitely my new vacation spot

All the activities for the kids were great. Plenty of pools and the lazy river was a great addition to pools. Also very close to shops and restaurants.

I booked two rooms thinking they would be together or somewhat close to one another. When we check in we find out they are on the 6th and 8th floor. When the 2 rooms next to us that connects were empty the entire time of our stay. Also there were some broken items in our room and doors are not child proof. We have a 2 yr old and she could easily open the doors even when they are locked, because there isn't a child lock. That should definitely something that is upgraded or inspected.

Nice clean room with plenty of space and great views. the pools were very clean and the building was easy to get around. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

the pool area was great but the it was a hard to find a seat at first and there were lots of towels on the seat with no one around to claim them for hours. Maybe an outside host to direct guest and stop people from taken chair they are not using. Also it would be nice if the hotel had some chairs and umbrellas for the guest to use once on the beach.
