it was right on the beach and across the street from the liquor store

the parking lot is to small .. they charging for parking but you don’t have no where to park

It was pretty good value for money. I definitely suggest paying more and staying in king rooms with seaview. They are more spacious. Breakfast is ok, some vegetables would be nice.

The floor was not clean, if you wear whote socks they become black.

The entry door had no keeper, parking is very tight for having to pay extra for it

After a long ride back from Key West, we were checked in by Terri. She was the best customer service ever!! She was so friendly, outgoing, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area around. We decided to change our room to ocean view so we could have a private balcony. She was able to get everything changed over for us with no issues at all. We got a great room with an amazing view. I can't say enough about her. My husband and I would be willing to return to this location just specifically for her hospitality. Great beach access, great room layout, and nice pool.

Small issue was exhaust fan in our room didn't work. But not a big deal.

Bed was not very comfortable and the AC either worked too good or not enough. Just couldnt seem to get the right temp in there. And although the front desk staff was very nice and accommodating, the maintenance guy couldnt even fix a lightbulb in out bathroom. I did it myself.

Room was huge, nice, and clean. Staff was super nice. Area where beach is, is not too crowded. And ocean view was great from room. Pool was clean bathroom near pool was also large and clean. Food and shopping within walking distance.

Honestly, when walking down halls to get to room, I was worried that the room wouldn't be nice but it definitely was. Not that big of a deal. Parking is tight but that's everywhere there! Do not door dash food or order pizza to be delivered it will take hours and you won't get everything. This is no fault of hotel though!

Our room was very clean and well kept. We were surprised to have a separate living area in addition to our bedroom so that was nice. We had no use for the pull-out couch, but it was definitely a nice touch. The breakfast was good. Nice that we didn’t have to worry about an extra meal. We were right on the beach so it was great to see the waves every morning with just a walk.

We found out the night before we left that our door didn’t lock. I mean it definitely did but you had to force the door to shut. I know it sounds odd, but we would hear the door click but it wouldn’t lock unless you added some extra force.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff ladies were amazing, very welcoming, accommodating and kind to my service dog. Parking was great for handicap customers like me, right next to the elevators, luggage carts readily available and access was very secure. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to pick from hot to cold items, toast, bagels muffins, all kinds of juices, hot beverages, fruit, cereal, yogurt etc.

The weather was not the best so it hurt for the hotel not to have a heated pool or any other source of entertainment available to guests; especially when the access to beach was closed.

Breakfast was pretty standard for continental breakfast, pretty good but homemade will always trump.
