Definitely not what I expected. This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. From the moment we crossed the bridge into Daytona Beach, our hotel was straight ahead. You can see the beach right behind it. The hotel is literally on the water. We did have access to the pool deck and area, but it was too cold, but it was beautiful. When we went to check in, the valet guys were soo friendly, and gave me 2 options for parking (valet $25 or self garage parking $15) both options are the prices per night, with in and out as much as you’d like. I chose to self park in the garage, and they have 24/7 security.. It was bitterly cold, but they were still out there (24/7 service). They let us park our car in the front while we went to check in, since it wasn’t too busy. We go inside, and we are stunned at the beauty. There’s immediately an escalator that takes you up to the lobby. The lobby has a full bar and beautiful architecture. Check in was a breeze, the front desk employees were great. They were patient when answering my questions. We went up to our room, we were on the 26th floor. We booked the King Room w/ Ocean view and OMG it was breathtaking. Waking up in the morning, watching the ocean, while in bed, was quite an experience. The hotel was so clean and well kept. Our room was clean and very modern. The hotel is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops, including Seabreeze Blvd, The Daytona Beach pier, Main Street, and the bandshell. Checkout was no hassle. I informed the front desk that we may check out a couple minutes after 11am, they said it was no problem. Best hotel I’ve stayed in, and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, gorgeous comfortable rooms and nice views. Pool is amazing. Rob at the front desk was very considerate of making sure we had a pleasant stay.

Our room didn’t have a balcony as advertised, and the room overlooked a building instead of the ocean directly.

Rob, Jade, Andi, and Collette were all fantastic and above and beyond. I know there are some 1-4 star reviews in the mix here, but I always see that for brand-new hotels working out kinks in process and people. Overall, the company culture here and energy among the staff is all I can ask for, especially for Daytona Beach area, where hiring is much more difficult for this than somewhere else. Everybody was GREAT. Now for the place: Amazing pool, walkway down to the beach, hot tub, floor to ceiling windows, valet service and room service, Everything is clean and perfect Beds were great and pillows were the best FOR SURE. AC can blow ice cold and get a room down to freezing in minutes I swear Anyways Have fun and enjoy, I would definitely come back here again in the future!

The pool was great! It’s in a great location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc. The guy at the pool entrance was the best! I didn’t get his name but was so helpful and nice.

It does not have a laundry room for you to do your own laundry. It has laundry service but that is for them to do it for an extra charge. Parking- it was not brought to my attention that parking was an extra fee until I was checking in. Also I booked a oceanfront room but once we arrived we were put in a room with a view of ocean which was on the side of the building. The lady at the front said it was no price difference but looking at the reservation there is a price difference. I expected to get what I paid for but did not receive an oceanfront room for any of the 4 nights I was there- I did make this know 2 different times at the front desk but no changes were made and we stayed in the same room for the entire stay!

The Breakfast I felt should've been all inclusive with the price of the room 21per person is a bit high for guests that are already spending a good deal on the room itself,we had to leave without changing due to luggage not being brought up...rooms are bright white with not a lot of character also the floors could use some rugs to catch the dirt,we booked an Oceanview but when we got there our room was facing buildings ,complained to front but they said Oceanview and beachfront were two separate things and we had neither we had to pay extra to have it changed they lost our luggage upon leaving as well

I booked an ocean front suite and the room I selected on booking.com was very misleading. I thought I was getting a room with the big glass windows and the ocean front balcony. Instead when I checked in they put me in room 1002 which is just the ocean front balcony between the rooms I thought I was getting and a big cement wall. I couldn’t even look left or right down the coast because of the building structure was in the way. Like I said, very misleading. I didn’t complain while I was there just because I’m not like that I just wish I wasn’t mislead.

Everything was perfect. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The view from the room was spectacular! Every staff member we encountered was so friendly. Our bartender most nights was James… he was so personable and made our nights hanging out so much fun. Fresh towels everyday. Although parking is in a garage across the street, it was not inconvenient, as it allowed us to come/go without waiting for valet.

The shower design although beautiful - the shower allows water to run onto the floor no matter how you adjust the head. The glass to the opening needed to be extended another foot or two.

I feel that the price was great for the gorgeous stay! We stayed for 6 nights for our honeymoon!Super clean, fancy facilities, beautifully decorated, nice staff all around, right on the beach with beach access and no cars on this portion of the beach, food at restaurant was good. It's also within about a 30-45 minute drive of beautiful, less busy beaches, the Ponce Inlet and the Ponce Inlet preserve, and Blue Springs State Park!

Somethings to note: parking is $15/night for self parking and $30/night for valet. All parking is right across the street at a private resort parking garage. There is also an added resort fee that only shows up when you go to pay. Location: no sea shells on beach, and the location is very close to the party/not-so-nice part of Daytona.

I usually never leave a review but everything was a 5 star. From the time we checked in, the room was excellent, Rob and Andi are doing a awesome job in the evening and Renee, Valerie and Sarah were the best in the restaurant. They had us laughing. Thank you for everything. The pool outside was outstanding. Great location. We just can’t say enough about the room. The pictures on line are not doing any justice. Wow. Please keep up the good job. Most definitely will be back soon

Valets were EXTREMELY friendly. Pay the extra for valet service.... Well worth it. They took care of our baggage checking in and out, overall an outstanding stay. Only set back, need a microwave in the rooms to heat up leftovers. :-) Check in was a breeze, location is excellent, good beach access. Clean. We will be back. All the staff was very friendly. Keep in mind at the bars and restaurant automatically add gratuity. They missed out on good tips, I know that is customary in some places I usually tip above and beyond. Well beyond but not when they automatically add it.
