It was clean. I loved the shampoo, conditioner, and loción big bottles. Great idea. The sofa bed was comfortable. The kitchen is large and clean.

I stayed at a homewood suites in Sarasota, and the breakfast was much better. Here, it was a little limited.

Breakfast variety was great. Wed social was great. Pool area was clean and everything worked. Workout room had plenty of equipment and everything worked. Business computer section was nice. No pressure on room cleaning, I could ask for it when I wanted it.

Public wifi was difficult to hook up to internet.

Pretty much everything! This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in Homewood Suites in 2 different cities, and now it has become my #1 hotel!

There was cigarette smoke smell coming through the bathroom vent when I checked into my room as well as my 3 nights there, and the pillows were too soft. I wasn’t informed if I had a choice to pick firmer-types pillows.

pool closes at 7pm, no housekeeping each day. some of the staff was not friendly. sketchy activity in the parking lot.

Just the staff forgetting to clean. At check in was told that they only cleaned every 5 days, which was fine as long as we could get clean sheets and towels when I was released from hospital after surgery. That was day 7, but had already extended another two nights. Had to chase down cleaning staff to get sheets and towels. So stayed 10 nights without having room cleaned.

Food was ok. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Had a nice little gym. Didn’t care for the coffee lol

Pool was next to the parking lot. It wasn’t a terrible location but sometimes seemed a little sketchy. We had a couple issues with our key card not working

Overall it was nice.

The two stations that I saw that were supposed to have disinfectant wipes were empty. The gym and the lobby.

Everything else was great. The hotel desk clerk did All she could do to accommodate my family & I

The Hotel was out of rooms when we arrived at 6pm and the hotel desk clerk said there was no reservation on file for our stay. She found us a room Thank God but charged me $50 extra. She said Booking.com did NOT communicate our reservation with the Hotel. So check in lasted an hour plus extra fees.

staff were very friendly and location can’t be beat, nice room with everything you need to function like being at home

Great clean room with everything. Monday and Tuesday breakfast hot bar was good. Eggs, bacon, biscuits, and better hashbrowns. Cold bar same (needs help). Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast bar on Saturday/Sunday morning. Only 1 type cereal, yogurt, and milk; no variety for kids. Only 1 type of premade breakfast sandwich and wet hashbrowns for warm meal. Did have oatmeal.
