The location the view and the the Anemone's around the hotel was excellent it was in a great location great location and I will go back

We had to wait 3 days what we were there almost a week for room service and never had a dinner you've never had enough clean towels in wash clothes or clean Towels and linen and I always had to call the front desk to remind them to clean and forgot twice

I liked everything about the hotel. There was nothing that I didn’t like. The one thing that I thought was extremely well and great was. There was a gentleman who switched my room for free from the fourth floor to the first floor because I’m claustrophobic and there were no stairs on the first floor, so he was so nice to go ahead and change my rooms without even charge me extra the staff at this hotel is amazing. The cleanliness was great and the room was amazing just for one person I will definitely be choosing this hotel again.

There was nothing I did not like about this hotel it was

The first night I was there IN THE ROOM, I couldn't stop sneezing from congestion and a burning nose. When I went to the lobby, my symptoms stopped. They proceeded to switch me to a "clean, hypo-allergenic" room. I had no sneezing for the rest of my stay! I purchased breakfast with my room and we were very pleased with the breakfast and the service from Kristen.

The only thing I am remarkably allergic to is TIDE and its related cleaners. Once I was out of my room, I had no more suffering from sneezing.

The quality of room

Ice machine didn’t work . Neighbor room wreaked ofmarajuana in hallway and loud guests in smoking area laughing outside my window and woke me up at 7 am talking and laughing for over an hour

Facilities and location wonderful

Had to pay for breakfast, which is normally free, and the front desk clerk was not as friendly as you would expect. Also she was eating her dinner at the font desk which isn't very professional.

The location of the hotel was perfect. I enjoyed the staff from front desk till the housekeeping. They did not disappoint.

There was food in the microwave. Which I didn't like but it was not upsetting. I just throw it in the garbage and warmed up my food. It was not a big deal at all. I am just use to seeing that.

The hotel was clean overall. Staff were friendly and courteous. The chef and server were excellent. The breakfast was delicious! Hotel is in a great location. St. John’s Town Center is a very short drive away.

Our check in was a little delayed due to requesting adjourning rooms. The beds should be queen size instead of double size.

it was first class. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The facilities and our room was spotless. You could tell they took pride in the place. someone was always cleaning something. The room we stayed in was giant to any other hotel room I had ever stayed in. like I said before one of the very best.

there was no negatives for me

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Would highly recommend

Only negative thing was checkout was at 12pm and at 915am they came around banging on every door stating room service. It woke everyone up and we had traveled in the night before and we were up super late so looking forward to sleeping in

We stayed for a quick over night stay. It was great. Check in was fast and the lady was amazing. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. It was quiet and cozy. A few min down the road was lots of great restaurants and shopping. A great choice.

My only complaint is I head to find one would be the pillows. I'm a pillow snob so others may fine for others.
