Staff was friendly. Shopping was about a mile away and it really did have something for everyone. The area is beautiful. Sitting next to the lake was nice. Check in was easy and hassle free. The bed was comfortable.

Our room was ok. I usually pay closer attention when booking so I don't book a pet friendly hotel. I don't because I am not a fan of pets but to each their own. Let me just say the hotel did not smell like pets and you wouldn't know they were there unless you saw them. Or, in my case saw the pet hair all over the room (surprisingly not the bed or chaise) and bathroom. The floors and bathroom could have used some extra attention. There were two wedding parties there so no room to changes rooms. Good thing I travel with Lysol and my own cleaning supplies. I did a once over and it was ok but I'd rather not show up and have to clean my room. Bed was good staff was friendly.

We ALWAYS stay at the Indigo when traveling to Jacksonville. It is beautifully decorated and looks exceptional every time we go. The breakfast is delicious and we enjoy the view out the back when dining. It's in a beautiful location and safe for walking and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are gorgeous and it is so quiet. The staff are patient and helpful. We appreciate everyone we met and will (of course) stay there again. We love it!!

It's a beautiful hotel right by a little Lake, decorated with style. There are so many wonderful eateries around the hotel and short distance away. We stayed two nights and we will stay there again.

The only negative thing I can say about the hotel was that the grout in the bathroom and the shower needed cleaning. Other than that wonderful clean.

The stay at this property was wonderful. The hotel receptionist Olivia went above and beyond during our visit. She made sure we were well accommodate for our late night adventure around the fire pit.

Microwaves are needed in the rooms, and the breakfast was not really all that tasty.

Traffic in Jax is CRAZY but this hotel was tucked away in a very quiet environment with little traffic. The front lobby was inviting and clean, and so was the room. Comfy bed, big pillows, walk in shower. The patio also had a boardwalk leading around the lake with TONS of wildlife. We walked down and fed the ducks and geese which was super fun. Will definitely book here again if need be

I was charged a $50 deposit that I was to get back after check out, but I had to call the hotel in order to get the deposit back

THE LOCATION WAS CENTRAL TO EVERYTHING AND PLACE WE WANTED TO GO. THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. IT WAS QUIET ADN I LOVED BEING ABLE TO SIT BY THE FIREPIT AT NIGHT WHILE DRINKING A GLASS OF WINE FROM THE BAR. I WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN WHEN BACK IN THE AREA

We requested and received a high floor. The room was clean, and the front desk efficient. Loved the location within an upscale shopping mall.

This is not a luxury room or feeling; breakfast was a la carte, and its offerings were not wide. Single coffee pod per person was not generous.

The room and bathroom were super clean and very spacious. I loved the mid-century modern inspired decor. The nearby lake is a beautiful backdrop for the hotel. It's in a central location near the highway, shops, and restaurants. but is very peaceful and quiet. The lobby has a really nice bar as well. We would definitely stay here again when in the Jacksonville area.

The bed was a little too firm for my personal preference. Breakfast isn't included.

Bar service wasn't great. Bartender called out, substitute did a decent job but was limited with types of drinks. Options weren't appealing.

the lady working the night shift market was absolutely rude, acted like she hated to be there. maybe she had a bad so I gave her the benefit of the doubt but should definitely work on her customer service skills
