The location was great. The beach and restaurants are a short drive from this location. Every hotel employee I encountered was positive and helpful. I got honest recommendations on area restaurants. This is the first Aloft property I stayed in. I will definitely stay at another one. A pet friendly hotel that does not smell like pets.

I emptied my own trash, which I am not above doing. I take my trash out at home as well. The hotel was packed, and the one staff member on my floor helped me and provided clean towels. There was some confusion on linen service for my room, and we never received clean linens. We are not messy travelers, so this was not a deal breaker. The staff worked hard to accommodate everyone. They missed our room. I still recommend this location to anyone visiting Jacksonville.

Overall, a very nice place. Stayed one night so didn't get to experience everything the hotel could have offered. The front desk provided me info for a driver to see a concert which was awesome. Had for the night and prices and reliability was excellent. Thank you!

The master light in the room had to be on to turn the bathroom on which the lights above the bed came on. My wife didn't appreciate that since she was sleeping.

The room was huge and very clean! The hotel is near a bunch of shops and restaurants. I like that there was a wing on the first floor for pet owners with a door at the end of the hallway that brings you outside. Very convenient. The only thing I found to be lacking was the green space for pets...it didn't feel well-maintained. Otherwise, this was a great stay and I would stay here again.

I have to say I loved how modern the the room was and comfortable the bed was, nice hot shower, and great room layout. They had a lot to offer if you were looking to socialize with others downstairs between the bar, pool table, lounge area, and pool.

I was kind of disappointed that the bar was not open while I was there for my stay but could be a seasonal thing. The door latch for our room was broken on the inside and we could not secure it but there is a deadbolt.

Great place to stay , very clean and modern and the staff is so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great we ordered what we wanted and the food was delicious, I really enjoyed the pool its a salt water pool so nice , I am allergic to chlorine. Will stay there next time I'm down that way.

I could not have picked a better hotel during my one-night layover in Jacksonville. Aloft checked off all the things a hotel should have and more. My room had two plush queen-sized beds, a posh bathroom, lots of closet space, ample accoutrements, etc. It was very peaceful and private. Needless to say, I had a marvelous experience! When I go back to Jacksonville, I will not book anywhere else but here.

Great location - walking distance to many shopping and food places Not far from the beach and downtown Property was very clean, welcoming, the rooms were a nice size and very cozy. We really enjoyed the shower and comfortable bed.

The room was very nice, as was the staff.

Our first and last names were reversed, so check-in wasn't as smooth as we would have liked. Also, Booking.com showed our total as $203, but we were charged $250. No explanation was provided for the difference.

The rooms were Immaculate, bed comfortable, hot water is Amazing!, so is the shower, Great Location, I felt safe the entire time I was there.

That they didn't have a Complimentary Breakfast, they put all these outrageous charges on your card, for like insurance if you damage the room in any kind of way, but you will get it back after room is inspected. No microwave in room, had to keep running back down to warm food. I never saw cameras in the hallways, even though I felt safe, it would be nice if there were cameras. Having to leave my room @ 12 a.m. to go room food, anything could happen.

very clean the air conditioner was making me feel a little sick maybe the filter needed to be changed but overall the room was very clean and fresh very comfortable and the staff at the front desk was very welcoming and nice
