The Breakfast served hot with plenty of cold juices to choose from and a choice of 3 cereals and clean tables to eat at We had a lot of time on our hands so I decided to ask if we could check in early if the room was available and they checked and said we could go ahead and check-in thanks to them I got me a nap in after traveling for six hours.

beside the check-in desk was a vending room with bottled and canned drinks and other vending articles you could buy at the checkout but tome the prices were a little high for me especially when I could walk to a convenience store across the street

Location was good. Close to highway and close to numerous places to eat making it convenient. I loved the size of the room/suite as not cramped or crowded. Really did want to take the bed home with me. It was so comfortable. My husband said we slept sooo good.

Wish we had checked in earlier to be able to enjoy our stay a bit longer. Also, checked in late so went to bed late and ended up missing breakfast. No fault of Hampton, just the way things happened for us.

From the greeting at the reception desk to the cleanliness of the lobby, fantastic!! We travel across states taking different routes from Minnesota to Florida twice a year, we are snowbirds. This hotel I chose by chance and an so glad I did. I must say its the cleaniset property of this chain I have ever been to. The bathroom sparkled! The beds were so comfortable, and sheets smelled fresh off the clothesline. Absolutely a fantastic stay, keep up the terrific work! And kudos to housekeeping. I need to add the breakfast area was very well maintained and it was so nice to see a staff member cleaning tables immediately after being vacated.

There was not a thing to dislike!

Bathtub was big enough to soak and plenty if very hot water. Bed was very comfortable. Seemed new with very friendly staff.

Noise from room next to mine was awful. Loud TV, probably a game because there was yelling until 11pm. From the hallway, there was no noise, but in my room it was likely louder than in the room with noisy guests.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast. The staff was very professional very down to earth very inviting the room was fabulous. I love the Decour. It was the right size very clean. I felt secure in that location.

To have a restaurant in the hotel, to serve hot meals until a certain time of the day to be able to assess food after breakfast

The stay here made me feel like I was home To be able to get up and eat a full breakfast and not have to go out and spend more money on food was a blessing to us, especially with my husband's father passing unexpectedly and that resulting in unexpected expenses. When we go to visit now we will come to Hampton Inn and Suites of Macclenny time and time again. The staff is amazing and so friendly!!!

I have no complaints about anything!

It's a brand new hotel. What's not to like? They did a very nice breakfast in spite of covid.

There was a SERIOUS safety breach perpetrated by an employee. NO SECURITY SEAL on our room door. We discovered it rumpled, yet untorn, plastered across the emergency placard Inside the room. Obviously it was done purposefully and in violation of rules in place. Reason - unknown. Management quite upset and will investigate which employee is jeopardizing safety and their reputation. They upgraded us to better room in response. While this is a real cause for concern, management was most concerned and hopefully will discover and terminate that employee.

I was beyond happy with my short stay and would definitely use this hotel in the future. The staff is very friendly and very helpful to us while checking in and out. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for place to stay.

Breakfast could be more warmer but the Waffles where delicious. The breakfast staff is very friendly and very helpful with all your needs.

Convenient to interstate. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Had a quiet, nice stay.

Fountain drinks (with ice) at the breakfast (like Coke, Diet Coke, etc.) This is pretty minor, but it'd be nice. Overall the breakfast was very good.

great rooms for families, the breakfast changes daily and always had a hot option like biscuits and gravy or eggs and grits. staff is very friendly and will make any accommodations you need.

parking can get tight at night.
