It was practical had all I needed to take a little retreat. Balcony was lovely to sit and watch the ocean and sunsets. Kitchen had everything I needed to do light cooking, having the small refrigerator was great. Good coffee maker with coffee pods and creamers provided. Location great. Shower is small but well supplied. Bathroom was spacious, good lighting and plenty of towels. Felt very safe with someone in lobby reception 24 hrs. Valet personnel very kind and wonderful.

Furniture and decor a bit outdated and drab, brown sofa is medium comfort. No work desk was a big inconvenience for us. Bedroom felt cramped in space.

Perfect location. Very well maintained and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our units totally updated and had everything we needed.

Very nice resort! From the outside, to the reception area, to the hallways, to the room everything was pretty spectacular! The spaciousness and decor of the hotel was awesome! The valet TK greeted us upon arrival and was more than helpful in getting us unloaded and getting our vehicle valet parked (which was included with our reservation.. awesome!). In the reception area, the "colorful and charismatic" Julio was a delightful person who greeted us, gave us the "lay of the land" and the keys to our suite. The suite was very nice and very well stocked with just about everything you would need during a stay! The view to the ocean was spectacular from our floor! The bed was very comfortable and we had great sleeps before approaching each day's activities. The short walk to the beach was just as nice with lots of scenery along the way. We will definitely keep this hotel on the list for any return trips to the Marco Island/Naples area. In fact, I'll plan on inquiring with the resort for the exact same suite when I come. Awesome Stay!

Only "less than spectacular" item was the shower which was a bit too low for my height along with being able to adjust it better from keeping water to spill out onto the bathroom floor, as it was a walk-in shower. Loved the idea, but it could use some modifications.

We book this facility to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. While we very much liked the facility, location and staff we never really got the opportunity to enjoy because of severe weather.

While the facility, location and staff were all very good for our stay, the weather unfortunately was not. The afternoon we arrived it was gorgeous but from the next morning on it was torrential rain. We ended up leaving a day early because there was no relief in sight and impossible to do anything but stay in. Also a bit too much furniture in bedroom as it seemed cramped for space.

Good and safe location. Very upscale building and condo. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Our condo was very clean and furnishings looked practically new. Condo has a limited view of the beach and pool. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Beach access was a bit of a distance and had to go through another property to reach it. But once you reached the beach it was well set up with an attendant to give you a nice beach chair and umbrella. An on-site restaurant would be a nice addition Only complaint was we were told valet parking was free, but when I received my invoice via email I'd been charged $25.

Excellent location. Valet was excellent and included with our rental price. Chairs set-up on the beach for us with umbrellas. View and location on the beach was outstanding. Very comfortable and well appointed condo.

Each unit in this building is individually owned. The person we rented from provides great amenities. Not sure on Booking.com how you would know this about the unit you are renting. Condo restrooms are far from the beach chairs (farther than most), but it's true that most restrooms on Marco are far from the shore as the beach is very wide.

The condo was very clean and updated! The bed was really comfortable and I’m pretty particular! The view from the bedroom and den were fantastic! Loved the pool even though it’s not very big! Love the pretty lobby and valet service as well as maid service and beach chairs and umbrellas!

The maid service is spotty. We didn’t get the service 2 of the 4 mornings/afternoons. It’s a waiting game and they will tell you you are on the list so you wait at the pool or beach and then 4:30 rolls around and nothing.

We come every year 4-5 days with friends that travel from Miami and we are use to good hotels and everything g here looks upscale, clean perfect. For next year we would like to re t on the ten floor better view. Usually is June 27 to July 1 we were on Roo 806 but we would like to be on the t n floor if you have anything let me know usually are 2-3 rooms that we all rent, thanks

Is not that I did t like it I have problems with my legs and I find the walk to the beach a little long.

CHECK IN- we arrived early (11a) and tried to check in as it is described on this site that you can store your bags and utilize the facilities. The gentleman at the front desk was unfriendly and wanted to make sure he told us we were very early and check in was at 4. He then told us he would send a message to the cleaners to let them know we arrived and would call us when room was ready. We called the front desk at 4:15p to follow up on our room and the response was oh yes room is ready.

It was absolutely beautiful! I absolutely love love love the plants all around the property! was very impressed at how clean it smelled and to watch them clean the pool area every day was definitely a plus for me! I will definitely be booking again!

I enjoyed everything! I would recommend they add a beach walk through the sand to the water to help with pulling coolers and beach wagons. Other than that everything was amazing and beautiful!
