The room was clean and decent sized with a great view of the ocean and beach! The hotel itself was also very clean and quiet. The pool area was well kept and the beach was easy to access! The staff was very friendly and nice! We had absolutely no complaints about this hotel, especially for the price! Location was also a plus! It is pretty centrally located on the A1A and easy to get to any nearby destinations and the highway!

The ONLY thing that I was a little surprised about was how small the balcony off of the room was. it is not large enough to sit on, standing room only. But it was still a plus considering nearby hotels are a more expensive room and only have a window view!

The property was was very clean. The bar and the pool was great. The staff was Great!

I didn’t like the fact of how much money we paid but couldn’t get a beach chair or umbrella without having to pay for them as well. We didn’t have air conditioner for almost 2 days. We did get two free drinks from the bar but I felt like we could’ve been treated a little bit more since the weather was in the upper 80s during this time. I realize things happen out of their control but we did pay a lot of money to stay here.

Overall, my experience was wonderful. I love that my room has a straight view of the ocean, as well as a short distance to the beach with no hassle of setting up for the day.

I didn't like that I have to pay for parking, as well as the cost to park my car, and with drinks, is quite expensive. Also, with the layout of the hotel was interesting. There is only one elevator to each building as well with there being only one. With it facing the front desk it is hard to walk when the floors are wet and there's no other elevator to the rooms. It may be seen has a hazard.

I liked being able to see the beach even though it was a side view and not full ocean front . The room and bed were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

I dnd't like that my room was a side view of the beach and not an oceanfront. i would have had to pay more for the oceanfront. I didnt realize there was a difference until i got to the front desk to check in. So I had a half city view and the passing cars were kind of loud.

We like the beach access, hot tub, pool, and food. The beach bunnies were adorable too.

We had an outlet by the bed that didn't function properly and it wasn't secured in the wall, we did report it, but it was never fixed during our stay. The balcony was way too small, that was a let down.

Good location with beautiful view of the ocean, good breakfast, the room was clean and spacious. Nice bar also to grab a burger.

I was in the South building and my room was right above the Airco units on the roof of the smaller building below - the humming was sometimes disturbing. The parking fills up very quickly so you need to hunt for spots sometimes.

Nice access to the beach. The hotel has a swimming pool and hot tub. There is the option to park and have different types of breakfast (cooked and continental) for a reasonable extra cost.

The fitness was out of order. I remember reading in the description that a coin operated washing machine was available but this was not the case

We had a great view of the beach. The room was great, except we missed not having a microwave in our room. For the money, it would have been nice to have a microwave. (thats why I clicked 'no' above when asked if the price matched our expectations of the accommodations) Difficult to warm up leftovers or a cup of water. The bed was great, very comfortable. loved the bedding. Shower etc was great. Had difficulty figuring out the TV but we got it. The staff was wonderful. Restaurant & Tiki bar were very nice. With music, too! We loved it.

Need microwaves in the rooms.

The staff was amazing. We loved chatting with the friendly bellman from the Bronx. (Go METS!) The proximity to the beach was perfect and having the pool side bar serving food/drinks until 10 or 11 was a bonus.

The only negative thing that I can think of is that the walls seem to be a bit on the thin side.

Quiet. Ice maker on floor. Comfortable bed. Found parking under the building. Beach setting was lovely. Across the street from Holy Name of Jesus.

Location of room…too close to the elevator. Had to pay for outdoor parking. Chairs are not provided by the hotel on the beach.
