we visit central florida every 2 weeks for a combination of work and education. we have tried multiple upper end hotel resort like properties and come back to this one more often than not. we love the location, style, staff, and food. beds are very comfortable and rooms are clean.
this last visit was odd due to repeated, persistent noise between 11 pm and 3 am on the room above ours. sounded like it was perhaps staff moving furniture in a storage room 0f sorts.

the pool and the frozen grapes!
that the shuttle didn’t run more frequently and when we took the shuttle the driver was not personable. listened to his music.. never mentioned the pick up times for when he would returned so we ended up waiting a long time and finally took a Lyft back from Disney Springs

It is difficult for me ,I’m always at Waldorf Astoria Bonnet Creek ,or Ritz Grand Lakes, and everything on those 2 properties it’s is really dificult for me to judge that other category Of this property that’s why I considersted Patrick from the front desk very superior for the job he do so well

I had an awesome experience at this hotel. Prior to our visit, I had informed them of our wedding anniversary. They made arrangement for a lovely cake and champagne with a beautifully well written note wishing us a happy anniversary. I looked forward to the breakfast everyday. An array of diverse healthy meals plus a fantastic chef. He even introduced us to another chef from our home country- Chef Ere. It was a pleasure to meet her.
I wished that the bar at the pool was opened till late. Most evenings I went to the pool, they had closed for the day.

very clean , hotels rooms are large , modern and well equipped. Roof top restaurant fantastic with good view of the fireworks
need to get transport to other restaurants/ activities as nothing in walking distance apart from other hotels . lobby shop is expensive for coffee/ snacks
