My family and friends have stayed at this property on numerous occasions over the years for the excellent location and value for money. We are now reconsidering our future plans based on our check-out experience. The cleaning and service staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The reception staff not so much.

The reception staff trying to stiff me for another $1,000 after I checked out and was fully paid up. Now I am having trouble trying to get this money reimbursed. Not sure Booking.com are helping me in this regard either. Very disappointed with the lack of care by all parties.

Breakfast was very good, but quite expensive. The room was a good size and had two large beds which were very comfortable. The room was nicely decorated and the view out to Disney Springs, Hollywood Studios and Epcot was wonderful. We saw Epcot fireworks one evening!

The front desk staff seemed a little disinterested in requests. Also we were told on three separate occasions that our room would be ready in half an hour only for it to be over two hours wait. We found out that a lot of the rooms were sold out as late checkout to get more money and then we’re late being cleaned, which is a little cheeky when new guests had booked and paid for a room from 4pm.

Choosing the hotel for our Disney trip was overwhelming and we looked at dozens of properties. We settled on this one because of the proximity to Disney springs and the early entry. It was fantastic! The room was comfortable and exactly as pictured, quiet and clean. We had a perfect view of the fireworks and we loved having a couch and table at the end of the day. We never made it to the pool or restaurant but made good use of the lobby and shuttle service.

The welcome package put us off at the start, which is essentially a time share presentation. We ended up declining and didn’t let it cloud our week.

We really liked the location because we could walk to Disney Springs. Edgar at the front desk was very helpful and patient during our check-in process and some issues that we encountered. The pool was a great amenity, it was clean and towels were provided. The pool area had chairs and was not overly crowded. There were several options for food. We also found the shuttle service very convenient and best of all it was free!

The view from our room was the roof of two storage rooms. There was no microwave in the room.

The Wyndham Disney Springs by far exceeded our expectations! The rooms were comfortable and clean, room service tidied up the room every day and the front desk staff was always pleasant and helpful. Even the bellman would give you a fist bump; say good morning, and ask if you needed any assistance. The pool was beautiful and they were two different temperatures! The pool bar staff was thoughtful and attentive! Loved that they had floats for sale at a decent price! Short walk to Disney Springs, $8 Uber to the park, (we didn’t us the shuttle because Uber was so cheap). You can see Epcot, Hollywood Studios, all of Disney Springs, and fireworks from the park view room. We will for sure be back. I couldn’t see myself staying in any different hotel for our next Disney trip.

Only complaint is the price of the breakfast buffet.

The hotel and rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable

As soon as we checked in at the reception ( tired from our long journey) we were directed across to another desk where they tried to push a visit to a timeshare promotion on us with the offer of a £75 or £150 voucher. This made us quite grouchy and left us with a poor first impression of the hotel. Also it wasn’t clear to me in advance that I would have to pay a 34 dollar resort fee on arrival per room as I thought I’d paid everything in advance when I booked, so this should be made clearer when you book

We got a Disney-view room and it’s worthy if you like to watch the fireworks. You can watch them from comfort of your room, they start at 9 pm. We loved that! In addition, it’s a walking distance from Disney Springs and you can enjoy quite a lot over there too with no hustle. The pool area is pretty decent and perfect to relax after the long distance walks in the parks, easy pick up and return of pool towels at the entrance of the pool. We used the pool restaurant (food was quite good) and the cafeteria at the lobby, they are a good resource but be prepared to pay for the comfort. Staff is friendly, room is cleaned daily, everything works well.

To be picky, the room would benefit from some renovation.

The location of the hotel was really good, The Disney Spring was just walking distance. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The room was very spacious and the swimming pool was really nice.

The guest officers in the hotel was not helpful, they dont even know anything except for the Disneyland information. I understand that they want to promote the Disneyland but besides that, we need more information on what other things we can do in Orlando. The guest office ask me to google and get the information. They dont even know about Premier Outlets.

Great location to Disney Springs. The beds were comfortable and the view of Disney Springs was great although we didn’t get to see fireworks due to the weather.

Hotel guests had to pay for parking. If you are staying at the hotel they shouldn’t charge you per night to park there. My room wasn’t ready at check in and we had to wait an hour and a half. We were a little before check in time so I guess to be expected but was tired and would have loved to have been able to check in and relax a bit before heading straight to Disney Springs to waste time prior to check in.

Great location within a short walking distance to Disney Springs and other Orlando attractions.

Check you bill! luckily I had asked for a pro forma invoice on check in. The night before departure I checked and had been charged 15USD for parking when I didn’t have a car, on check out the next morning another random room night has been charged. The hotel tried to tell me I had booked an extra room, which wasn’t the case. upon investigation it was another guest and the cost of night was refunded to my credit card.
