-Excellent breakfast buffet we loved the mickey waffles! -Proximity to major attractions and walking distance to Disney Springs - vouchers for complimentary drinks to use in the hotel and their dvd rental and discounts on theme parks.

We stayed here twice and so had the opportunity to stay in one of the original older rooms and a renovated room. I found the furnishings of the renovated room to not be of as high quality as the original particularly the bathroom. The renovated room didn't have a towel rack in the bathroom which I found very inconvenient and inconsistent as the older rooms had them. I also would have expected a more premium feel.

Everyone on staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were super friendly. The hotel is just beautiful, and it's in the perfect location for walking to Disney springs. Love that there are two large pools, so it never felt crowded. The price was a bonus; normally this hotel is much more expensive during the summer, but they were a little cheaper than the other surrounding hotels this time.

I wish all the rooms came with a microwave. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Originally my wife and I were staying at a Disney resort hotel, we had chosen it for the ease of access to the parks. Unfortunately hurricane Nicole lead to our flights being canceled and needing to change our last day at Disney. We tried to extend at the Disney resort multiple time but had to give up when it wasn't possible. We were extremely pleased to find out that this location was a very short walk from Disney Springs and that the buses were just as convenient but less packed. We are definitely staying here next time we go to Disney since it has all the convenience while being far less busy.

The one low point was that the towel rack was positioned so that when you turned on the shower they would get misted slightly. We had to get new towels more than once.

The hotel was in a good location to where we were visiting. The staff were wonderful especially when we had an issue getting into our room.

We had a handicap room with a roll in shower. The mirror in the bathroom was positioned well for the person in a wheelchair but was too low for a standing person. Also, I was not happy that I had to pay to park my car.

We make frequent trips to Disney Springs, as we like to spend the day shopping, trying different restaurants/bars, etc. We live less than 2 hours away and prefer not to drive home at the end of a long day. This is the hotel at which we usually stay. It's a quick walk to Disney Springs, it's clean, reasonably priced, and has a really nice bar to hang out in after a long day of shopping. Nice staff, as well.

Really nothing to not like.

The cleanliness , the location , the shuttle bus to the park, the shower had very good water flow.

I didn’t liike was the amount of moneh taken by card as any incidences! $150 Which was the first tkme to hear something like this before , they sai id that amount will be returned back to my card after 5 days!.

we changed our minds last minute and decided to drive our whole trip to bay lake in one day, so I made a last minute reservation on booking.com and we arrived at 330am. they were so kind in allowing us to have late checkout. they also still had valet at that hour, also, the location to Disney springs was fabulous.

not much, if I were to be super picky, I would say it looks older than most places around.

Great location next to Disney Springs. Buses are much more convenient and way less crowded than in the past now that they aren’t picking up passengers at every hotel on the boulevard. Only the Hilton and Buena vista Palace were on our bus.

Beds were a little firm, but that’s an individual preference. Same goes for feather pillows - just not my favorite.

I love how close it is to Disney Springs.. Customer service was excellent. The housekeeper on the 7th floor near 780's room was very sweet. The restaurant near the lobby area was very good.

The hotel can use a little update to the rooms. I would not mind paying more for updated rooms.
