For the price we paid it was great the room I had looked just like the pictures I saw, and it was right on the beach my kids loved the 3D games they had and over all every one of the staff were very nice and helpful. One of the other guests told me the bungalow rooms did not look like the pictures but that was hear say so I can't say for sure. All in all we had a great time and was very happy with our room and will stay again.

the shower knob kept falling off and we had to fix it in order to take a shower. also there was place on the bathroom door that looked like someone may have gotten mad and punched it so both of those need to be fixed. Also really should have a broom in each room we kept having to ask for one to try and keep the sand to a minimum we only got the broom once and not the other times we asked for it.

Front desk staff, particularly Nicole, was very helpful in meeting our needs and ensuring that we got a great room. Staff at the bar by the pool were awesome too.

Water pressure was low. Could have used a more accessible ice machine.

It was very cute and cozy. No wait for an elevator to take you down to the beach. The pool deck is very nice.

The bartender was very hard to understand. We kept having to ask him to repeat himself.

I liked the room size, the 2 queen beds as well as the couch and chair being separate. The staff was wonderful and even treated my daughter to a free drink for her 16th Birthday and the DJ wished her a Happy Birthday. The DJ was a huge bonus and we loved it.

The kitchen did not have needed cooking supplies and needed more cabinet spaces, the bathroom toilet did not flush well and due to sand needs broom. Website advertised a volleyball area and a outside grill. There was no grill and both volleyball area nets were in tatters. One thing that was hard was 2 workers could not speak English and one was unable to help us the other one was as she had a translator app on phone.

Location! Nice pool, steps to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Room was basic & comfortable Perfect for the ones that sleep & shower and spend most of time at pool and beach. Loved the small 2 seat balcony. Loved the layed back no fuss atmosphere. Landscaping minimal and perfectly manicured not over the top Perfect! Tiki bar workers and front desk staff friendly helpful an professional. Hope to stay here again!

Toilet & tub was old and dingy but clean. Toilet slow to flush. Lots of steps! I chose top flooor an like the steps but for those with knee problems etc. Upper floors could be a challenge. There is a concrete pad above the stairs to the beach that is approx 18" step up that has a blue line painted at the top for visibility i assume. This should have some clear markings in red or orange and a sign maybe. I had no problem with it! However I did see a girl fall not realizing the step was fairly high.

This hotel was not ready for us. They moved our reservation to the Radisson, which was fantastic.

It was clean, it had a great pool, and great location! I thought it was very affordable and I would stay again. Loved that they offered free washers and dryers for guests to use, also!

I wish they had ice machines for the rooms instead of having to use the tiki bar. If the tiki bar was closed you couldn't get ice, which was a little inconvenient. Another thing I think would be helpful would be having just one designated parking spot per room. Oftentimes if you left the hotel you would find yourself not having anywhere to park when you got back. There were also no working outdoor showers for rinsing sand off after the beach either, but they appear to still be remodeling so maybe they just haven't got to that yet. Overall though, I enjoyed my stay!

The location is incredible! The staff was so kind and understanding. The ocean view rooms are perfect! Our room had everything we needed. I loved the pool, the tiki bar. It was such a great stay! I’d definitely stay again! The staff helped move out luggage  to and from our car. It’s a incredible place. We were on the first floor and we could walk right out onto the beach!

I’m not sure there is much. The only way our room was cool was if we kept the ac on, and the blinds closed luckily we brought a fan. Also there isn’t much parking space except if you park across the street. However, it is an amazing place to stay.
