Despite initial concerns about long wait times for the elevator, I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The location, right on the beach, was simply stunning, providing breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The rooms were flawlessly clean, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options served with attentive care. This hotel provided the ultimate beachside retreat, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Very clean the property was well kept they had a lot of activities for my grandson location was great. We were thinking of canceling our other plans and just staying there for a few days. We continued on to Gulf Shores and regret not staying at SpringHill

The reason I didn't rate it a 10 was the parking fee and parking tax. Just roll those things into the price and be done with it. I for one don't want to see all those taxes and fees on the bill it annoys me just give me the full price

I loved this hotel. i cannot recommend it enough. the pool was one of the best pools i’ve seen at a hotel. the staff went above and beyond to make sure the guests were happy, and i mean all of the staff was incredible. there was one employee we witnessed who was on the beach putting up chairs and umbrellas. she ran from the chairs to the pool to give someone their hat back. that is awesome of her! the pool bar was great and the drinks were got were amazing. the view of the ocean was beautiful. i like that they have the first 4 floors as parking and the lobby because even with us being on the first floor we had an amazing view. this is a VERY family friendly place. everyone we encountered was super nice employees and guests!

didn’t mind these things enough to make me not want to stay here again but i will put a few things that can be improved. the elevator… there’s 3 of them and it’s still not enough. idk if they need more elevators or if their just not big enough but almost everytime we took it we had to wait at least 5-10 minutes before one came along where we could fit. if your claustrophobic…good luck! the rooms could use a little updating but they were still nice and clean.. just the rest of the hotel looks nicer than the rooms. not sure if our room just didn’t have one but there wasn’t a sign to put on the door if you didn’t want your room cleaned while you were gone. not a big deal but some people don’t want others in their room with their personal stuff while their not there.

Great location right on a gorgeous beach and the PCB strip. Nice ambience, good pool., good breakfast included.

I hate paying extra for parking ($15 per day). But what I hate even more is paying for beach, chairs, and umbrella rental. ($60 per day!!!) I feel like these things should be included.

The hotel is beachfront and not having to drive to the beach was my main priority. The complimentary breakfast was very pleasing as you can grab breakfast there while heading out to the beach. Overall the hotel is beautiful very clean and it has everything you need if you decide to stay in during your whole stay. The pool area is very beautiful as it overlooks the beach and it’s a big pool with lazy River, it never felt crowded and there’s plenty of seating space plus beach towels accessible at all times.

Elevators did get quite busy at times but not a problem to affect the quality of the stay at this hotel

All of the staff was friendly except the one that done our check-in. He didn't attempt to say hello, or anything. He had a bad vibe from the moment I got to the counter. The only time he spoke to me was when I asked my daughter on purpose out loud so he could hear me, did she think he had an attitude. Then he tried to make a fake convo by asking did we have a good drive or flight there.

Again every thing was great besides the one person at check in.

Loved our room! Beach balcony! The pool was nice. Right on the beach. We loved that on the weekend there was a pool party for kids to enjoy too! Jellies and latitude grill were very good. Breakfast was a good spread too. The staff was all very friendly! Overall, the stay was great and we will be c9ming back!

The only two things we thought could be different was the beach rentals always took all of the good spots on the beach right by the hotel so the guests couldn't set up anything without having to walk down the beach. We just pay a lot of money to stay at a beach front hotel and should be able to set up there if a payi g guest wanted to. The other thing was we just wanted to see the pool being cleaned a little more often. By the afternoon it was very dirty.

Location and access to the beach was excellent. The pool was nice. The restaurant and ice cream shop were both very convenient to have on site.

The food offerings at the restaurant and ice cream shop were awful. Way overpriced, and was gas station quality food. Hunt's brothers pizza blows that junk away that they have on the menu here. It was convenient for a quick snack, but the food was not good, and way overpriced. And then they charge you for parking, $20 a night, on top of the place already being very expensive. They offer up the same "we aren't responsible for your vehicle or belongings" disclaimer...even though you're paying them $100 for 5 days of being parked there. Elevator was a nightmare, as well. Takes 40 minutes to get from pool floor to your room and back again.

It was an excellent hotel priced better than by booking better than direct from the hotel. The staff was friendly and professional. They moved us up to the very top floor so we can see the beach better. The memories my family and I made were priceless.

I Kcups they offered were all DECAF. I called the front for regular cafinated coffee a d they sent DECAF. I had to ask one of the cleaning people personally for coffee. An honest mistake and I thought nothing of it really. But if I had to pick one dislike, this was it.

The rooms were huge with a large balcony. Super clean and close to the beach. Breakfast was all in all pretty good, eggs were barely warm most mornings and something other than sausage every day would have been nice. The view from the hotel was great. Elevators were fast and always working well. 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate was much appreciated and the front desk staff was very nice. Great location between piers and not far from most attractions/shopping

We were never informed until we were standing at the desk checking in that the pool was closed for renovations. The hotel is nice, but we came to Florida to swim and be outside. There was little to no outdoor sitting. So the only options were to get a day pass to another hotel which was very inconvenient and twice as crowded, not to mention the wet clothes in the car and having to transport everything back and forth was less than ideal. We also let them know that the shower had no water pressure due to the secondary shower head (ADA) being broken. A maintenance guy came to check it out super fast(within 10 minutes), he said he would be back with a replacement and we never saw him again. Trying to wash sand off with weak water pressure was 👎.
