This cute little bed & breakfast was located near the heart of St. Augustine. Shops and restaurants are easy to walk to. It offers free onsite parking, but you can get to many attractions and the hop-on/off tour trolley stops without driving. The only time I really used my car was the day I went to visit further out attractions like the St. Augustine lighthouse. The manager was very friendly and had recommendations for restaurants to visit. She also made a delicious breakfast each morning. For breakfast, you have the option of sitting inside or on a porch with large windows that lets the sunlight in. The key system is secure, but makes it easy to come and go as you like. Plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom dispensers, and if you like to watch TV in the evenings, there are tons of channels.

The only thing I would change is the bed, but it is likely just my personal preference. I prefer a very firm mattress and this one had a softer top. It wasn't as soft, however, as those I've slept on at chain motels, so it was definitely an improvement.

Very cute B&b with incredible hospitality mainly thanks to Sandy! She was so friendly and welcoming. We upgraded to the Safari room as we had the whole house to ourselves. Beautifully kept rooms with recent renovations. Amazing hospitality with complimentary drinks and cookies at check in. Breakfast was minimal but still nice and definitely a plus with onsite parking. Amazing location. We will be back again! Sure hope Sandy is still there!

I wish breakfast was a little more “wow” factor but know it’s the off season with fewer guests.

Nice freshly prepared breakfasts. Location was within easy walking distance of most attractions. Room was clean and very comfortable. On site staff was personable and very helpful.

Everything met or exceeded expectations. One night some other guests were loud, but that wasn't the bnb's fault that could happen anywhere you stay. Great experience overall!

It is very clean and the room was comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Jess and Melanie just made our trip outstanding!! My husband and I take trips often and plan on returning to this place!

It could use some updates, but it is also a very old home with a lot of charm.

Location extremely good. Bed linen good quality and very comfortable. Bathroom clean and bright and well stocked with toiletries.

The room was looking a little tired. It would have been helpful to have a bedside light on both sides of the bed. Approach to the room off putting scruffy rubbish, tools and half-finished work gave a poor impression

We LOVED our stay at the Centennial House! My husband and I decided to take a two day trip to St. Augustine in celebration of our first anniversary and were so excited to find this adorable, quaint little B&B right in downtown St. Augustine. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was so accommodating, professional, and kind. We were even served coffee right at our door in the morning. Excellent experience and we can't say enough good things about this place and its staff!

The location was great! Staff was kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Our room, lower part of the carriage house was cozy and nice and cool.

The bed frame was loud and unstable. Any movement caused quite a bit of noise. The mattress was a spring mattress with a foam topper which also didn’t help with the movement and noise.

- our room had separate entrance - spacious room - nice fireplace - king size bed - tub + shower - clean and quiet - location is really central

- The room can get a lot of lights in the morning. we would recommend adding shutters - the bed is a little firm and makes a lot of noise - the overall furniture could be updated - complementary bottled water could be offered as opposed to tap water - the door lock seemed a little bit unsafe and easy to break. it should be changed - the parking is not onsite but within walking distance - they should ask food preferences for breakfast. for example we were offered meat in the middle of the plate while we don’t eat meat. - breakfast shouldn’t be only offered at 9am. it should be a range at least from 8 to 10am - several light switches in the room didn’t work or were not doing anything

I loved the room it was cute and cozy and the location was perfect we could walk to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was amazing and the free water, soda and wine was great as well as the fresh baked cookies. I would definitely recommend this place for a couple’s getaway.

The breakfast was delicious and served when scheduled. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the big walk-in shower. There were snacks available and a nice size refrigerator near our room where we could store our cold items. Very convenient! The location was outstanding. We were very close to the historic district and were able to access the restaurants, historic buildings and shops easily.
