Loved the spaciousness of the condo and the view of the intercoastal. Loved having the dock where we could fish and watch the dolphins.

The dishwasher was broken. The beautiful microwave over the oven was broken. A tiny little low wattage microwave was placed on the little counter space available. Not great for cooking.

The location of the property was amazing, right across the street from an amazing beach, Publix is 5-10 min walking. The back of the property has some grills, docks to fish. Pool was clean. The apartments were renovated looked even better than the pictures. The room was super clean, it had some beach chairs, pool noddles. Take in mind only one parking spot, you get a visitor pass only one but there are only 5 visitor spots. We were able to park no problem in the visitor, I did not read this part so I just like to mentioned. The apartments are really spacious. Easy check-in and check-out. I’ll for sure be back!

Location was great. Room had a bay view and was right outside the pool.

The beds were not comfortable.

Very spacious, clean. I liked that the location was convenient. I prefer the ocean side but I obviously knew it was across the street when I Madd the reservatio .

The bed made a lot of creaking noises when moving or getting in and out so always woke the other person. Also the lighting was not very good. Only a couple if lamps that didn't put out much light as did the ceiling fan light. Also 2 bulbs in the track lighting were not working. Wd also had to leave r days early due to a medical emergency. I left the keys with a note in the drop box as it was before office hours.. I kind of really thought the office manager might have reached out via text or email thanking us for letting you all know we were leaving early so you might have been able to rent it for a couple lke if days even though it was paid up. And thought they might have said that they hoped everything was OK. We really hated to knave but had to go to ER and head back to Nashville.

We loved the location and the accommodations were clean. Lesley in the front office was very friendly and helpful!

The only thing that would prevent me from coming back is the on-site HOA board member “Karen”. she was very rude and accused of fishing without staying there. we didn’t fish at all, none of us even had fishing poles and we were staying there. There were other occasions that she was very rude to us and seemingly just looked for something to complain about. she has a French bulldog that is never on a leash and thinks everyone wants to pet it..We did not!! that thing needs to be on a leash and not slobbering all over everyone’s legs.

Our family loved the location of our 3rd floor Condo overlooking peaceful Bay and ability to fish AND view dolphins. We enjoyed the use of pool and added seating overlooking bay. We also loved being within walking distance to gulf/beach. Had somewhat of a distant view of Gulf from back balcony! Leslie as well as Chad were both excellent in communication and accommodating our needs! Looking forward to a return!

Our condo was a bit dated but still very clean.

apartment on ground floor with lovely setting from rear door out to well kept garden and seating area overlooking water. very short walk to local supermarket (Publix) and beach. Good location easy parking.

We arrived after reception was closed but received notification by mobile phone on how to log on and obtain key box code. If not that confident with mobiles could be stressful gaining access after a long journey.

Fabulous condo hotel, 1 minute walk to the beach and supermarket. Very peaceful pool on the canal side, we would highly recommend it . Rooms have everything you would need, with parking. We spent a night here to get away from Orlando , and would highly recommend the 2 hour drive down , to experience the real Florida in a perfectly positioned condo hotel ! Just a great place to be .

Only 1 bathroom , but this wouldn’t stop us from going back .

The experience was excellent. Staff was more than kind and helpful. Lent us beach umbrellas, always made themselves available for anything we would need. The apartments are amazing. Very homie and comfortable. Parking was covered and super safe. Would definitely go back.

Pool was closed. It they gave us access to another local resort which we didn’t use but could have. In all honesty the pool is really underwhelming comparing to everything else this property offers. But since the beach is such a dream we didn’t really miss the pool. Could use a remodel/upgrade.

Exceptionally clean condo, inside & out. Very comfortable beds, lots of towels, property manager answered all of our questions no matter when asked. Multiple beach access points with safe crosswalks, tons of restaurants to choose from (Ricky T’s & Britt’s Coal Oven pizza for the win), 45 min from Tampa area…this was a great trip!! - You can also fish from the Bay Area located on the backside of the hotel!

We have no complaints.
