The service at this hotel was great, very good. The breakfast was good and the lady from the breakfast corner was very friendly. Thanks and Thumbs up for her! The room service was checking every 2 days if everything is ok. Staff very friendly! The location is very central of the shopping and food places. 24 hour free coffee, water and thee. And what completes the stay, is there complimentary food at Wednesday evening with free beer and wine.

Most of the main food is daily omelet and bacon, please add some other stuff like chicken or turkey as neutral. I do not eat pork and beef.

conscience to airport and other facilities we went to

we stay here every time we come to Tampa for our church conference and love it but this time the staff seemed like all new faces and the fire pit we enjoy sitting around was not working and the employee tried to light it and said it must be broke sorry. then one of the elevators was broke down most of our stay also it would be nice if breakfast was til 10 am every day not just weekends

very spacious clean room the size of some apartments. Dishes were provided as well as soap, comes with a working dishwasher as well. There was a complementary wheelchair available upon request, and a fold-out bed.

The breakfast was a little lacking however they make up for it with many drink options and great restaurants nearby, also the tub isn't an actual soaking tub the only person who could comfortably use it is a small child or a pet.

it’s a Hilton..quality

front desk staff..came in at 1150a due to delayed flight because tornado warnings in Tampa..exhausted..wanted easy checkin paid ahead..on Hilton app they said they didn’t get anything..I went through a third party app not Hilton..spoke to me like I was a lowlife even though I showed him charge on credit card..charged me again at higher rate..had to fight charge next day

Location and room size

Staff, one of the 3 people at the front desk was unfriendly and nasty. The other 2 were very nice. The unfriendly one was on the Friday 3/31 afternoon/night shift. Also, breakfast was not good!!! Limited options compared to other Homewood Suites Hotels. Everything was pre-made, low quality, no varied like other Homewood Suiteds

I was greeted very nicely by a professional, courteous front-desk/reception team member. She was helpful throughout my brief stay. The hotel location is great, and their shuttle service very, very punctual.

Although my stay occurred during Spring Break, I booked well enough in advance and can't see why the price was nearly double what it would be normally ($355 for the night?!).

convenient for our purpose in Tampa to where we go love the tree by the pool

none of housekeeping seemed to understand English. they should at least understand when people need towels without us bothering the front desk!! ice machine in room didn’t work.

Clean, comfortable suite; comfortable bed; very good complimentary breakfast

Pool towels not available at the poolside cart; pool water was too high above skimmer, so debris floating on top of the water because it could not circulate out through the skimmers.

I love the room we had which accommodated my family of 5, two double beds in each room and two bathroom was definitely a plus. I like the fact as far as location how we was close to the mall, shopping area & some restaurants.

I didn't really care for the breakfast but would still stay again.

Any staff we spoke with were very helpful and kind.

The dishwasher was full and not emptied.
