Rooms are huge with fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, dishes, ect... TV in the room is huge & welcomes you personally. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bigger sized bathroom. Free breakfast & parking. Free washer & dryers. Super close to the airport, shopping & restaurants. Free airport shuttle. Shuttle driver & Front Desk staff super friendly.

Our shampoo & conditioner were completely empty in the bathroom. The AC didn't cool much. We could only get it to 74 with blinds shut.

The breakfast was really good and definitely worth the price of my stay. As someone who can only eat minimal fat in foods, there were definitely good options. The location is great! It is 20 minutes via car ride from tampa attractions and just minutes away from the airport. You don’t hear the planes arriving and departing so if you spend a day or few hours in the room you will definitely get good sleep. The front desk staff were great. I needed a 4am shuttle to the airport and as promised, the staff did what they needed to in order to get me a taxi to the airport.

Breakfast was a little basic, but that is because I arrived on Thanksgiving AM and the staff was kind enough to give their staff the day off, hence the bagged breakfast. Otherwise, the room was pretty large and the bed decent. Very clean and good value for the price.

No complaints. I missed the airport shuttle by 20 minutes. If you arrive after midnight you will need to taxi or uber from TPA to the hotel.

We needed a last minute booking close to Tampa airport due to some flight issues and luckily we booked this hotel. It was fantastic. The room was massive - there was 2 huge beds, a large kitchen with facilities like a dishwasher and coffee machine and a lovely bathroom. You could easily have lived in the room, it was great. The pool was lovely, plenty of seating and some showers which were ideal. The breakfast that was included was outstanding. The best part was the staff who made our short stay so wonderful. We’d asked for the airport shuttle to collect us but unfortunately this didn’t happen we paid for an Uber. When I mentioned this to the lady on reception, she offered me a refund on the Uber straight away and was very apologetic. Every member of staff was thoughtful, caring and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as it could be. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Location was remote in my opinion. My room was very nice, spacious and clean. No view but that was ok for me as I only slept there as I was out and about 95% of the time. The location is directly across from the airport and I never heard the planes coming or going. " Really Nice". The staff was great. Must use your key card to enter the hotel after hours which is a great safety feature.

Location : I found it remote and located in an industrial area. Must have a car for this location as there is no public transportation close by.

Since the first time I stayed at Home2 I try to go back to the same concept. Very spacious, modern, convenient. Nothing to object because the concept creates a new paradigm. Excellent.

I understand that the is a labor shortage but one might suspect that could be construed as an excuse to hide a cost saving measure. It could use a better communication than the surprise slipped as a tiny info when you receive the keys.

The room's spaciousness was great with the 2 kids..and beds were comfy..loved that you could pull the screen, too. Also, the refrigerator, microwave and sink came in handy as well..The sheets were super soft!

Our family were disappointed in the hot breakfast. The muffin/bagel sandwiches seemed like they were reheated and very hard to bite into! It advertised fresh fruit..didn't see any of that except the frozen mushy blueberries. The selection was good, though.. just seemed like alot of the food was reheated from day to day..

My stay was colored after the fact by realizing that I was charged twice for the room I stayed in the week prior, 6/19 with check out on 6/20. I paid for that room through booking.com and was charged again by Home2Suites. I faxed copies of both the receipts to the hotel (because I gave up after 20 minutes on hold on the phone) but have received no response.

Breakfast was great! I liked they way they had some disposable plates so that I could take my breakfast with me. The room was super clean and perfect size. People working there were are very nice and helpful.

We booked a room for 6 people and only had 2 towels in the room.

The hotel was conveniently located since we had to go to work/school while our home was being tented for termites. Spacious rooms and having a kitchen made it feel a little more like home.Breakfast was free and tasty.

Breakfast could've used more variety. I felt like after three days, we had tried everything and ended up getting tired of the options. Also, noise was sometimes a problem, although I don't think it was anyone's fault; the walls are just thin.
