The property was clean. Located directly next to the airport. Convenient location to other places such as food, gas and stores. Like that it a small spot to purchase snack items. Starbucks, bar and dining area also was on property. Loved that it had refrigerator that included a mini freezer, which was very convenient for my toddlers, as I used it to freeze my ice packs in preparation for the very hot day we had ahead of us at the theme park. No issues with parking. Free parking. Has a parking garage right next to the building which was very convenient. Requested extra towels and literally in less than 5 minutes it was brought to us.

The hotel was fine. Marcel at the front desk was amazing. So professional and kind. However my daughter was out walking the dog and fell into a very deep hole with her left leg almost to the top of her leg. The hole was overgrown with grass and could not be seen. She wrenched her leg and back. She has had back surgery and was in pain. I reported it to the desk and a maintenance man and Marcel marked the spot. But as we were standing there the hole was getting bigger. Marcel deducted the dog fee but the management did not offer to discount the stay and I did not ask. The hotel was nice and the food from the restaurant was fantastic!! Expensive but worth it. Room was great.

Extremely nice staff - they are very helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel special! That made a big difference for me in comparison to other hotels. Good location, close to the airport, and they have a shuttle. You can have breakfast and dinner at their restaurant, very convenient!

Just one minor thing: the AC sometimes started cooling down although I set it to a higher temperature. It eventually heated up again, though.

The pool and restaurant were great.

I did not like that my child found a prescription bottle of a controlled substance on the side of the bed in the hotel room. Could have been extremely dangerous if not deadly if one of my kids opened it and tried taking it. Please have cleaning crew be more thorough.

There was a snafu - my booking.com pre-paid reservation was not received by the hotel. I ended up paying twice. The front desk staff were lovely and very supportive in getting me a room (technically last minute per their records) and are helping me recover the money from booking.com. The location was perfect for my early flight and the World of Beer across the street was an easy walk for dinner.

This hotel has a great little restaurant and bar, the food is great! It is extremely close to the airport, but super quiet. The airport shuttle starts earlier than other hotels in the area. The AC in my room was perfect!

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Everything! I also visited the bar for supper and the bartender was very friendly and accommodating. I had the wings and they were tasty and perfect. Priced in line as other restaurants. The drink prices, were a little pricey...but to be expected. The room was great. Everything was clean, quite and super comfortable! I would definitely stay again!

Property is very convenient to airport. No issues. Everything was as it should be. The Bartender Mark is excellent. we also had a very nice waiter for breakfast.

Convenient to airport . Airport shuttle available for collecting hire car following day . Free refreshments available . Staff were lovely and helpful and we were upgraded to a suite which was a bonus having an extra bit of space to relax. Beds comfy and rooms lovely and clean.

They only thing I would have liked is a makeup wipe and condition included in the toiletries provided. Every other hotel I have stayed at have had these amenities and it was convenient not to have to pack them.
